Objective To explore the effect of lipid peroxidation in respiratory distress syndrome of Premature Infants.And observe the influence of Mucosolvin.Methods 52 premature infants were observed,37 babies of them with respiratory distress syndrome.Babies in mucosolvin treatment group was administered with mucosolvin (30mg/Kg·d,Ⅳgtt,Tid,last for 3-5days).Treatment for control group and conventional treatment group babies avoiled oxidation inhibitor.Peripheral blood serum and urine were obtained for detection of 8-iso-prostaglandin F2alpha(8-iso-PGF2α) on the 1st and 5th day.Both blood and urine were measured by ELISA.The difference of 8-iso-PGF2α in blood serum and urine between control group,conventional treatment group and mucosolvin treatment group were compared.Results①The level of 8-iso-PGF2αin blood serum[(205.67±116.14) pg/ml,(234.62±87.29)pg/ml,(218.45±73.38)pg/ml]were observed within 2 hours after premature infants were born,while no significance was found between them(F=0.393,P=0.677).On the 5th day,levels of 8-iso-PGF2α in blood serum were not change obviously both in control group and mucosolvin treatment group(P>0.05);But 8-iso-PGF2α in conventional treatment group was higher than that on the 1st day(t=2.231,P=0.035),Compared with the control group and the mucosolvin treatment group,the difference was statistics significance(P=0.034;P=0.04).②the level of 8-iso-PGF2α in urine[(38.98±17.10)pg/ml,(37.40±22.33)pg/ml,on the 1st day]was higher than that of the control group(F=7.88,P=0.001),condition gravity was related.As time went by and the application of Mucosolvin,the mucosolvin treatment group urine 8-iso-PGF2α level droped to 30±25.59pg/ml,which was obviously lower than the conventional treatment group (58.16±34.01pg/ml),the difference between them got remarkable statistics significance(F=7.979, P=0.001).③There was positive correlation of 8-iso-PGF2α values between blood serum and urine on the 5th day(r=0.519,P=0.000).Conclusions NRDS could lead a lipid peroxidation impairment in premature Infants,which was shown by the rising levels of 8-iso-PGF2α in blood serum as well as urine.Mucosolvin could be auxiliary management for NRDS,because of its oxidation resistance effect on decreasing levels of 8-iso-PGF2α in blood serum and urine.There was positive correlation of 8-iso-PGF2α value between blood serum and urine.By determinating level of urine 8-iso-PG2α may reflect the blood circulation level.
