Objective To study the expression of hOGGl and XPD polymorphism in the patients with lung cancer and the control who come from xuanwei,to discuss;the relation between genetic polymorphisms and susceptibility of lung cancer, and the interaction between two genes polymorphism, between two genes and soft coal. Methods 86 cases of peripheral blood samples of patients with lung cance were selected. To detect the expression of hOGGl and XPD genetic polymorphism in lung cancer patients in Xuan wei by PCR - RFLP technology genotyped analysis method after extracting organization DNA,then treating 90 cases of peripheral blood samples of healthy crowds who come from xuanwei in the same way.The datas process using chi-square test,Hardy-Weinberg Equilibrium test and unconditional logistic regression test of SPSS(Statistic Package for Social Science) 12.0.Inspection level was equal to 0.05.Results(1) The frequencies of hOGGl Cys/Cys genotype were 12.2%in cases and 27.9%in controls, respecttively, there was statistically significant differences between experimental group and control group(P<0.05).compared with controls, adenocarcinoma groups have difference(P < 0.05),Interaction between soft-coal exposures and hOGGl Cys/Cys mutant genotype was observed.(2) There was not difference between lung cancer group and control group(P > 0.05)(3) There was no interaction between hOGGl enetic polymorphism and XPDLys751Gln enetic polymorphism to lung cancer..Conclusions(1) The hOGGl Cys/Cys genotype is associated with susceptibility to lung adenocarcinoma in Xuan Wei.(2) XPD Lys751Gln was not significantly associated with inherited genetic susceptibility of lung cancer in Xuan Wei.(3) The environmental pollution caused by soft coal may be a major risk factor to lung cancer, for individuals carrying hOGGl Cys/Cys genotype.
