| ObjectiveThrough observation of clinical trials of acute leukemia after chemotherapy. gangZeng tablet and QinDu tablet reduce liver and kidney damage and Bone marrow suppression After chemotherapy.Methods30 patients were randomly distributed into two groups:Treatment group 20 cases,10 cases of control group.Two groups according to conventional chemotherapy(ANLL with DA or MA,or ttAE program,ALL programs with VDP) to chemotherapy.Treatment group used chinese medicine according to the different periods;Oral YangZeng tablet 3 times a day,4-6 each,plus QinDu tablet 3 times a day,4-6 each,continuous for four weeks.Control group adopted just chemotherapy.The four weeks later we observe the hemanalysis,hepar and renal function of the patatients.Results1.Treatment group 20 cases,5 cases of complete remission,partial remission in 10 cases five cases of non-remission.Effective treatment,the number of cases(complete remission + partial remission) of 15 cases,75%efficient.10 cases of the control group,one cases of complete remission,partial remission in 5 cases,the effective number of cases of six cases,four cases of non-remission,60%efficient.The efficiency of the treatment group than chemotherapy group,but differences between the two groups was not significant, P＞0.05.Show that adjuvant therapy of Chinese medicine to improve the efficiency of acute leukemia has not been determined. 2.The situation of Hematopoiesis improveSevere bone marrow suppression After chemotherapy.The treatment group compared with the control group.Erythropoiesis significant improvement.The treatment group significantly increased HgB(P<0.05).Comparing the two groups significantly increased platelet,(P<0.05).Megakaryocyte inhibition significantly ease after chemotherapy by YangZeng tablet and QinDu tablet.The treatment group significantly increased WBC,(P<0.05).Because there is no bone marrow puncture,it is not possible to tell hyperskeocytosis or not.It is not possible to infer the hematopoietic function of leukocyte.3.YangZeng tablet and QinDu tablet reduce the toxicity of the liver and kidney damage:Treatment group and control group after chemotherapy,ALT and AST levels higher than normal,Shows that the experimental drugs used in chemotherapy of liver tissue injury significantly.However,after taking the treatment group ALT and AST were significantly lower than the control group. Prompted this study of chemotherapy-induced liver injury has obviously eased.The control group after chemotherapy,BUN and CRE were within the normal range. After treatment the BUN and CRE within the normal range also.Chemotherapy in this experiment showed no renal damage.The treatment group compared with the control group,Treatment group after treatment of the CRE and the BUN were significantly lower than the control group.Show that YangZeng tablet and QinDu tablet on renal function may have some protective effect.ConclusionYangZeng tablet and QingDo tablet enhance the efficacy of acute leukemia did not show significant efficacy.Taking YangZeng tablet and QinDu tablet in patients with acute leukemia after chemotherapy have a significantly reduce the liver damage.Treatment group showed that the level of AST and ALT was significantly lower than the control group.As a result of chemotherapy did not cause renal damage, YangZeng tablet and QinDu tablet can not be judged on whether or not chemotherapy-induced renal injury protective.Experimental results show that adjuvant therapy with traditional Chinese medicine to reduce the level of CRE and BUN.YangZeng tablet and QinDu tablet to improve chemotherapy-induced inhibition of hematopoietic system.WBC HgB PLT levels appeared significantly higher.HgB which increased in patients with anemia can be improved,The Platelet level increased that can improve the patients with bleeding.However,due to the increase in leukocytes do not know is a mature or immature leukocytes,lt can not infer YangZeng tablet and QinDu tablet impact of leukocytic hematopoiesis on the pros andcons of the body.
