The Clinical Study On Treatment Of HBeAg-positive CHB With Fuzheng Jiedu Tongluo Decoction

【Objective】To investigate the therapeutic effect of FuzhengJieduTongluo Decoction on treating HBeAg-positive CHB.【Methods】60 patients of HBeAg-positive CHB were divided randomly into three groups named Fuzheng Jiedu Tongluo Decoction group composed of 20 cases,the interferon group 20 cases,the compound Group(that is,Fuzheng Jiedu Tongluo Decoction with interferon) 20 cases.All patients were treated for 6 months and investigated the changes of liver function,HBV-M,HBV-DNA and the three groups with Chinese medicine syndrome of total score.【Results】After treatment,the total efficiency of Fuzheng Jiedu Tongluo Decoction group was 35%.The total efficiency of interferon group was 60%.And the compoud group was 85%.Clinical efficacy of three groups by comparison rank sum test,there was no significant difference between Fuzheng Jiedu Tongluo Decoction group and the interferon group(P＞0.05).The difference between Fuzheng Jiedu Tongluo Decoction group and the compoud group was statistically significant(P＜0.05).But there was no significant difference between interferon group and the compoud group(P＞0.05).After treatment,the syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine were improved markedly in the three groups(P＜0.05).The difference between Fuzheng Jiedu Tongluo Decoction group and the interferon group on syndromes of TCM was statistically significant(P＜0.05).But there was no significant difference between Fuzheng Jiedu Tongluo Decoction group and the compoud group(P＞0.05).To improve liver function.From the ALT,AST dynamic changes,the liver function in the three groups were gradually decreased with the treatment to extend.So the treatment of three groups can be significantly improved liver function.Improvement in ALT and AST,The difference between Fuzheng Jiedu Tongluo Decoction group and another two groups was statistically significant(P＜0.05).But there was no significant difference between interferon group and the compoud group(P＞0.05).After treatment,on the rate of HBV-DNA and HBeAg turning negative, The difference between Fuzheng Jiedu Tongluo Decoction group and another two groups was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The compoud group on HBV-DNA and HBeAg negative conversion rate is higher than Fuzheng Jiedu Tongluo Decoction group and the interferon group.The Fuzheng Jiedu Tongluo Decoction have a certain action on HBV-DNA and HBeAg negative conversion,and combined with interferon have a certain synergy.On security.The Fuzbeng Jiedu Tongluo Decoction have exact effect in the whole course of the study,and no significant side effects were found.【Conclusion】Fuzheng Jiedu Tongluo Decoction has a certain recovery of liver function,improving symptoms in patients,turning negative in HBV-DNA and HBeAg.The Fuzheng Jiedu Tongluo Decoction have exact effect on treatment of HBeAg-positive CHB,and in combination with interferon can improve the clinical efficacy and reduce adverse effects of the interferon to some extent. Fuzheng Jiedu Tongluo Decoction is worthy of further research and promoted.
