Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Chronic Hepatitis B With Tongluo Jiedu Decoction

Purpose:This study is going to observe the curative effect of My tutor’s experience prescription "Tongluo Jiedu " treats the chronic hepatitis b.Methods:This study collected60patients with chronic hepatitis B diagnosis and TCM syndrome differentiation criteria from Hunan University of Chinese Traditional Medicine of the First Affiliated Hospital Outpatient and inpatient department. The hypochondrium distending pain depression, anorexia or postprandial epigastric fullness, lassitude main symptom. The experimental method designed by random, parallel control, and divided randomly into treatment group and control group,30cases for each group, no significant in gender, age, disease course of two groups.The control group treats marine capsules, the control group treats with Tongluo Jiedu prescription. Both groups took three months for an observation course in this study, and Observe two period of treatment.After two observation course compared the symptoms score, Liver fiber four values, Liver function,and to observe the adverse reaction of drugs before and after treatment,and made the evaluation.Results:1.two groups of clinical comprehensive curative effect comparison:After six months the treatment group’s total efficiency was96.7%, control group total effective rate was73.3%. There are differences between the effects of two groups (P<0.05),the overall effect on Tongluo Jiedu prescription was better than marine capsules.2.Comparison of TCM symptoms between two groups:After six months’ treatment,comparing two groups of symptoms integral P<0.01. The treatment group and control group respectively before and after six months of treatment syndromes integral comparison P<0.01.The effect of treatment group is better than the control group. The result shows that Tongluo Jiedu prescription was better than the Marine capsules in decreasing patients’symptoms integral.3.Comparison of hepatic function in two groups:The comparison of ALT of after treatment is P=0.21; the comparison of AST of after treatment is P=0.172. The comparison of TBil of after treatment is P=0.001. the result shows Tongluo Jiedu capsule is obviously better than marine capsules in decreasing the TBil.4.Reducing the HBVDNA value:Compared HBVDNA of two groups is P=0.84before treating.After treatment HBVDNA of two groups is P<0.05comparison of before and after treatment, the treatment group is P<0.01; the control group is P>0.05. It is significant between two groups, and shows the Tongluo Jiedu prescription was better than the Marine capsules.5.The liver fiber four values of two groups:After Six months, the treatment group compared with control group respectively before and after treatment (LN、PCIII、HA、IV-C) is P<0.01; the comparison of after treatment the LN in the two groups is P<0.05. The other three liver fiber four each value of treatment group compared with the control group is P>0.05. The result shows that Tongluo Jiedu prescription reducing The liver fibrosis serological indicators was better than the Marine capsules slightly.Conclusion:After six months’treatment the self-conscious symptom in patients with Tongluo Jiedu prescription can turn better, can make patients transaminase, bilirubin basic returned to normal, reduce the HBVDNA measurements, and has good resistance to liver fibrosis and so on.
