The Research Of Normal Early Pregnancy Women's And Patients With Early Threatened Abortion's Type Of Distribution Of TCM Constitution

Objective:To investigate relationship of TCM constitution and early threatened abortion,type of constitution in normal women,Normal early pregnancy Women and Patients with early threatened abortion are compared.It will be a foundation for preventing and treating early threatened abortion through TCM regulation,especially a new thinking for etiology and therapeutics of early threatened abortion。Design:one hundreds of Patients with early threatened abortion and one handreds and seventeen of normal early pregnancy Women from gynecology clinic and No.4 clinic in the No.1 Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine were chosen for the study.One hundreds and eleven normal women were used as control.By Clinical investigation and research,Finally the constitution types of those patients were determined.Relationship of TCM constitution and syndrome,and the effects of related factors on constitution were analyzed.Results:It has significant difference in structures of constitution around the three groups(P＜0.001).Normal early pregnancy Women exhibiting ping-he and yang-xu are the most。Patients with early threatened abortion exhibiting yang-xu qi-xu yin-xu qi-yu and yang-xu are the most。Conclusion:Pregnant women have a certain bias TCM constitution.The incidence of early threatened abortion have a certain relationship with TCM constitution, And TCM constitution impact on the development of the clinical syndrome.With adjustable due to constitution,so constitution fitness on susceptibility to early intervention,early prevention is expected to become an effective means of threatened abortion.
