Combine Traditional Chinese And Western Medicine Treatment Of Kidney Deficiency Type Threatened Abortion In Early Pregnancy Clinical Curative Effect Observation

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and symptoms efficacy of early threatened abortion by combination treatment with traditional Chinese medicine and modern medicine. To research the increase of progesterone、human chorionic gonadotrophin and estrdiol in early pregnancy.Method:With method of randomized parallel-control,70patients of early threatened abortion with kidney deficiency were divided into two groups, the research group and the control group. The research group:including35patients, who treated with zishengutaiyin progesterone and chorionic gonadotrophin. The control group:including35patients, who treated with progesterone and chorionic gonadotrophin for injection. After12weeks of pregnancy, the clinical efficacy and symptoms efficacy, compared with two groups. After a week of treatment, two weeks of treatment and12weeks of pregnancy, levels of progesterone human chorionic gonadotrophin and estrdiol compared between two groups.Results:The clinical efficacy of the research group and the control group:the total clinical effective rates were97.14%and85.71%%, the total clinical recovery rates were22.85%and11.4%, the significant effective rates were45.71%and42.85%, the effective rates were28.57%and31.42%, the noneffective rates were2.85%and14.28%. There was a significant difference between two groups(P<0.05),so the clinical efficacy of the research group was better than the control group. The clinical symptoms efficacy of the research group and the control group:there was a significant difference between pretherapy and post-treatment of two groups(P<0.05). After the treatment, there was no difference between two groups (P>0.05). so the therapy of the research group and the control groups both can obviously lighten the clinical symptoms, but the range of lightening the clinical symptoms was no difference between two groups. The change of progesterone in the research group and the control group:There was a significant difference between pretherapy and post-treatment of two groups (P>0.01). After the treatment, there was no difference between two groups (P>0.05). So the therapy of the research group and the control groups both can obviously enhance the level of progesterone, but the range of enhancing the progesterone was no difference between two groups. The change of human chorionic gonadotrophin in the research group and the control group:there was a significant difference between pretherapy and post-treatment of two groups (P>0.01). After the treatment, there was no difference between two groups (P>0.05). So the therapy of the research group and the control groups both can obviously enhance the level of human chorionic gonadotrophin, but the range of enhancing the human chorionic gonadotrophin was no difference between two groups. The change of estrdiol in the research group and the control group:there was a significant difference between pretherapy and post-treatment of two groups (P>0.01). After the treatment, there was a difference between two groups (P<0.05). So the therapy of the research group and the control groups both can obviously enhance the level of estrdiol, and the range of enhancing the estrdiol in the research groups was higher than it in the control groups.Conclusions:The clinical efficacy of early threatened abortion by combination treatment with traditional Chinese medicine and treatment of modern medicine was better than the modern medicine. The clinical symptoms of threatened abortion can can obviously lighten with combination treatment with traditional Chinese medicine and treatment of modern medicine. The variety of the laboratory indexing, combination treatment with traditional Chinese medicine and modern medicine and treatment of modern medicine both can enhance the levels of progesterone、human chorionic gonadotrophin and estrdiol in early pregnancy, the range of enhancing the estrdiol in the combination treatment was higher than it in the modern medicine.
