A Clinical Research Of Anti-rock Mixture In The Treatment Of Wetness-heat Syndrome Calcium Oxalate Kidney Stones

Objective:According to the formation of modem mechanisms of urolithiasis,investigate the treatment of Chinese medicine compound preparation of the efficacy and mechanism of calcium oxalate kidney stones.In order to further research and development of new prevention and treatment of urolithiasis in compound preparation of traditional Chinese medicine to provide the basis for clinical trials.Method:Use the method of randomized controlled trials.According to the formulation of diagnosis,inclusion,exclusion criteria,we identified 60 cases of damp-heat type in patients with calcium oxalate kidney stones in August 2008 to April 2009.We divided into treatment group and control group for each 30 cases by the method of randomization.The treatment group are given anti-stone mixture once a day by oral,and the control group were given the niao-shi-tong(made in Pharmaceutical factory in Dongguan,Asia)4g third a day by oral.Use the PH value of urine,urine calcium,urine uric acid,symptoms,signs as the evaluation of efficacy criteria.Through the t-testament and ridit testament there is no significant difference between the two group of patients before treatment.(P＞0.05)Result:Research the summaries shows that the PH value of urine,urine calcium,urine uric acid are the important factor impact on-the formation of calcium oxalate kidney stones. After five weeks'separate treatments.the treatment group has significant symptom remission,effective rate of 88.8%.The PH value of urine rises from 4.87±0.32 to 6.20±0.52.The 24-hour urinary calcium drops from 520.3±21.5mg to 390.6±20.6mg.The 24-hour urine uric acid drops from 893.3±12.3mg to 740.9±15.6mg.Signs and symptoms improved efficiency rate is 88.8%.The controled group's symptoms and laboratory indicators have a certain degree of improvement.The two-groups-comparison of the above symptoms were significantly different before and after treatment(p＜0.05 or p＜0.01).Indicating the two groups may also improve the treatment of patients with symptoms.There is a significant difference between the treatment group and the control group after treatment(p＜0.05 or p＜0.01).It proves that effect of the treatment group is better than the control group.Conclusion:The Chinese anti-stone m(?)ture and niao-shi-tong can also reduce the impact of the risk factors for stone formation level effectively.However,compared to the two, Chinese medicine treatment display more advantages.
