| Objective:Spontaneous abortion is a common diseases which brings women bodily and mental threat.The incidence and recurernce rate of spontaneous abortion are very high.Chinese medicine which gathered rich experience for the treatment and diagnosis of spontaneous abortion has achieved proverbial well-known curative effecting.Chinese medicine considers that kidney deficiehcy is the key reason of spontaneous abortion.So nourishing kidney is the key treatment for spontaneous abortion.Shoutai Pill as a famous pill for spontaneous abortion has distinct curative effecting.We hope that this issue based on previous studies,through clinical and experimental research,can expound the mechanism of Shoutai Pill's treatment for spontaneous abortion.Methods:In this study,through literature review we sum up the development of Chinese medicine for spontaneous abortion,Shoutai Pill's clinical, laboratory and pharmacological research and the TCRγδT cell research at home and abroad.Through review research of patients hospitalized in our hospital,we sum up and analyse the use of Shoutai Pill's treatment for spontaneous abortion,approach the law of the use of Shoutai Pill at the same time.Through the experiment of Shoutai Pill for kidney deficiency abortion animal model,we research the effect of Shoutai Pill for animal model' s TCRγδT cells to analyse the principle of Shoutai Pill's treatment for spontaneous abortion.Result:A retrospective study of Shoutai Pill clinical treatment show that cure rate is 83.87%in 148 cases and total effective rate is 92.57%.Of which 20 cases is recurrent spontaneous abortion,whose cure rate is 93.75%. Experimental study on rats showed that hydroxyurea,compared with the control group,the abortion rate increased significantly(P＜0.01);Shoutai Pill can significantly reduce the deficiency of the kidney of rats induced abortion rate(P＜0.01),its role and luteal one the same(P>＞0.05). Hydroxyurea group compared with the control group value,TCRγδT cell levels decreased(P＞0.05),Shoutai Pill TCRγδT cell level can be increased(P＞0.05),the same as its role and progesterone(P＞0.05).Conclusion:This study was recalled by the fetal life of the abortion pill treatment of cases of fetal life once again confirmed that spontaneous abortion pill on a significant effect.This study shows that Shoutai Pill can be significantly improved animal Kidney symptoms,reduce the deficiency of the kidney in rats health corpus luteum is not the abortion rate,a considerable effect and progesterone on fetal kidney tocolysis Shouson medicine is the treatment of kidney deficiency pills effective prescription spontaneous abortion.Shoutai Pill may be induced in rats by regulating the peripheral blood and uterine decidua TCRγδT immune cells to correct the imbalance between levels,and reduce the role of abortion rate.This study is innovative.Further as "the main renal reproductive" theory provides a scientific basis,At the same time,treatment for kidney diseases abortion provided a scientific basis.
