| Objective: To research the clinical effects of the co-treatment of Shoutai Pill and HCG for early threatened abortion.Methods: By collecting the clinical data of early threatened abortion from No.1 hospital affiliated to Hei Longjiang University of TCM, the treatment differences between 21~30 years group and above 30 years group, between patients at 5~8 pregnant weeks and 9~12 weeks, between pregnant women with first pregnant and with second or more pregnancy, and the differences between ACA(anticardiolipin antibodies) positive patients and ACA negative ones were analyzed.Results: By the co-treatment of Shoutai Pill and HCG, there were 52 patients fully recoverd and 87 patients got partly recovery, 32 patients felt better. The total effective rate was 90.9%. There were no statistical differences between 21~30 years-old age group and above 30 years old age group, between first pregnant and second or more pregnancy. And there were also no significantly differences between patients with ACA positive and ACA negative. The clnical outcome of patients who were at 5~8 pregnant weeks when admitted in hospital was better than those who had pregnant at 9~12 weeks, and this difference was statistically significant.Conclusion: The co-treatment of Shoutai Pill and HCG could improve the prognosis of early threatened abortion and the total effect rate was 90.9%. Furthermore, the research on the mechanism of this kind of therapy need go deeper and this kind of threapy should be used widely. |
