Observation On The Therapeutic Effect Of Acne Vulgaris Treated With Injecting Acupoint With Self-blood And Acupuncture On Ahshi-point

Acne vulgaris,common in puberty,is a chronic inflammation of pilo-sebaceous.Its predilection site is face,dorsum and chest.Mainly because of gonadal maturation,allosteatodes,obstruction of pilosebaceous orifices and invation of microorganism.The clinical symptoms are a blackhead or comedo,papular eruption or exzema,and secondary pustules or nodes or cyst. Patients will often suffer from pockmarks,or hyperplastic scars which can influence their Psychological Health.Ojectives:Exploring the therapeutic effect of acne vulgaris treated with injecting acupoint with self-blood and acupuncture on ahshi-point.Methods:From the acupuncture out-patient of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,60 qualified cases,in accordance with the inclusion criteria are randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group,with 30 cases,treated with injecting acupoint with self-blood and acupuncture on ahshi-point,and the control group,with 30 cases,treated with injecting acupoint with self-blood.After observing the therapeutic effect of two groups,establishing of databases,SPSS13.0 software was used to handle datum.Results:After the first course,the total effctive rate is 73.33%in treatment group,and the total effctive rate is 56.67%in control group.There is significant difference between two groups(P＜0.05).The therapeutic effect of treatment group is better than control group' s.After the first course, the total effctive rate is 93.33%in treatment group,and the total effctive rate is 83.33%in control group.There is significant difference between two groups(P＜0.05).The therapeutic effect of treatment group is better than control group' s.Conclusion:It has a exact Efficacy of acne vulgaris treated with injecting acupoint with self-blood and acupuncture on ahshi-point.It' s faster in recovering,shorter in duration of seizure than control group.The advantages of this research are simple operation,less trauma,no local anesthesia,which accord with the conception of relaxation and fast.It is easy to accepted and extended.
