The mainly acupoint of the blood-letting is 'Da-zhui', and accoding to different symptom selects the relevant acupoint of back and the relevant Jing-well point of meridians and collaterals, these acupoint can lower calor, circulate the blood, so can treat acne.1 Object Observe effect of acupoint blood-letting treatment acne.2 Method Select 70 cases of department of acupuncture and moxibustion of Beijing royal integrative medicine hospital, random split into the control group and the observation group. The observation group use method of acupoint blood-letting with local picking needling:â‘ The main point of blood-letting is Da-zhui. Type of wind and calor attack lung selects Fei-shu, Shao-shang; Spleen and stomach have damp and heat; Type of extravasated blood selects Xin-shu, Shao-chong; Type of can not through Chong-ren selects Gan-shu, Da-dun or the tip of big toe. Operation:If select the acupoints of back, make a patient lie face down, expose back, after sterilze the acupoint with 75% alcohol, use picking needle blooding the acupoint, then apply cupping on the back with a small glass jar about 10min, after remove the small glass jar, wipe the blooding area dry with sterile cotton balls, sterilze acupoint with 75% alcohol; If select the acupoint of hand-foot, make the patient lie straight, after sterilze the acupoint with 75% alcohol, use picking needle blooding the acupoint about 0.2ml.â‘¡Local area picking needling method: Select more obvious papules or pustules, after sterilze skin lesions with picking needle prick center, squeeze around of pustules with dry with sterile cotton balls, exhaustively remove thick liquid, necrotic tissue and powder residue, until come the fresh blood out of the area. The control group only selects with the observation group same local prick method. Treatment every other day, treatment 3 times a week, 2 weeks as a course of treatment, all the treatment course is 2 courses. Observation index Change of main symptoms, including the oil situation of skin lesions, the nature of skin lesions, the color changes of skin lesions, the number of skin lesions(Select before and after treatment the same apart, the same area counting method) and the pain of skin lesions. Before treatment,1 course of therapy,2 course of treatment and treatment a month later, assess eath of them.â‘¡Change of seconf symptoms, including general symptoms and tongue, changes of pulse, record before and after treatment 1 times.3 Results3.1 Comparative before and after treatment Before treatment the skin lesions of the two groups got the highest score, after 1 course of treatment rate significantly go down, after 2 courses of treatment rate continued go down until the lowest, treatment a month later the skin lesions rate some go up, but the rate doesn't exceed score of the after 1 course of treatment. Compared with the group before treatment, the oil situation of acne lesions, the nature of acne lesions, the color changes of acne lesions, the number of acne lesions, the pain of acne lesions and total score of two groups have significant statistical difference. It showed that after treatment two groups situation of acne lesions became better. It proved that the observed group method and control method for this disease have obvious therapeutic effect.3.2 Comparative between the two groups After 1 course of treatment the two groups in markedly effect, effect, ineffectiveness,2 course of treatment and treatment a month later in complete recovery, markedly effective, effective, ineffectiveness had statistically significant difference(P<0.05), it showed that the clinical effect of the observation group is significantly better than the control group. Scores of two groups before the treatment of acne condition doesn't have significant difference, the two groups have comparability. After 1 course of treatment between the two groups have statistically significant differences in scores (P<0.05), it showed that observation group for the improvement of acne lesions better than the control group.2 course of treatment, treatment 1 month later between scores of the two groups have statistically significant differences(P<0.01), it showed that after 2 courses of treatment and treatment 1 month later the observation group is the degree of improvement in acne lesions and the continue degree of improvement significantly better than the control group. In the acne condition index score of 5 (The oil situation of acne lesions, The nature of acne lesions, The color changes of acne lesions, The number of acne lesions, The pain of acne lesions), the observation group is significantly better than the control group, it's order is The color changes of acne lesions (All of three stages are significantly better), The oil situation of acne lesions, The nature of acne lesions and The pain of acne lesions (Two stages are significantly better), The number of acne lesions (One stage).4 Discussion Local picking needling is external treatment that is effective for treatment acne. Blood-letting puncturing and cupping Shao-shang, Li-dui, Shao-chong, Da-dun, it can go through meridians and collaterals, reduce an inflammation and make the pain easier, go through Qi of meridians, control Yin and Yang. Therefore the observation group better effect than the control group. Comparative with the control group, pricking needling method can quickly improve the color of skin lesions, the nature of skin lesions and the pain of skin lesions, continue times of the color of skin lesions is relatively long; The nature of skin lesions can recur, but continue effective, the pain of skin lesions can't maintain effect; The oil situation has improved slowly, but the long-term effect is better; to improve the effect of the number of lesions are the most slowly, but the trend is gradually strengthened.5 Conclusion Acupoint blood-letting method could have been to improve the full recovery rate and effective rate of acne.
