Review Analysis Of Interventional Therapy On Primary Liver Caner With HCPT For 130 Cases

Objective:Applying retrospective analysis method,objectively evaluating the clinical curative effect and adverse reaction of traditional Chinese drug on primary hepatic carcinoma by the comparison of the two group, hydroxycamptothecin and chemotherapeutics,systemly summarizing and explaining the theory and clinical application of traditional Chinese drug intervention.Methods:220 patients with stageâ…¡-â…¢liver cancer were brought into this reserch.There were 130 patients in group A and 90 patients in group B.The therapy of group A was affusing HCPT and iodized oil through the hepatic atery.The theray of group B was affusing CBP,THP,MMC and iodized oil through the hepatic atery.To compare the volume of tumor,the side effect after therapy,the function of liver,AFP,assorting based on sydrome differentiation,time of survival,rate of survival,KPS and avoirdupois.Results:The Group A had a similar AFP to the group B.we could confer that HCPT has a parallel effect with the medicine in common use to control and kill the hepatocarcinoma cell.There was significant difference between two groups in the rate of stabilization for tumor.We can conclude that HCPT has the better effect to control the process of tumor.There was no significant difference between two groups in the rate of survival,but we can conlude that interventing with Chinese traditional medicine has the same effect to intervent with kinds of westen medicine.There was signifficant difference in the KPS after the therapy.There was significant difference in the side effect of enteron and WBC.We can conclude that HCPT has the better security for clinic.The AST and ALT were rising significantly after the therapy.And that there was higher rising in group B.So we can conclude that HCPT has a small damnification to normal hepatocyte.The HCPT has no severe reaction.Primary liver cancer in two card types,qi stagnation and blood stasisand wetlands permit risk-based node.After interventional therapy,qi stagnation and blood stasis reduced, damp heat stagnationcard cases increased.Western medicine group was significantly embolism,but after typing the number of cases less than,the requirements can not statistically be further observation of the collection of cases.Conclusion:Traditional Chinese drug intervention on mid-advanced stage primary hepatic carcinoma is effective with less toxic effect and better security. The theory of Traditional Chinese drug intervention is initially developed and the regularization of clinical application is gradually established.
