The Research Of Distributed Characteristic Of Traditional Chinese Medical Syndrome In Preoperative Colorectal Cancer

Research objectiveThis study adopted retrospectie case analysis combined with modern mathematical statistical method to discuss the preoperative TCM syndrome distribution characteristics of colorectal cancer,provide reference for TCM syndrome differentiation standardization,objectification,clinical and scientific research of preoperative colorectal cancer.Research methodAccording to literature investigation and expert consultation, combined "Guiding principle of clinical research on new drugs of traditional Chinese medicine","The TCM diagnosis of disease and syndrome curative standard" and "diagnostics of traditional Chinese medicine",brought to the relative targets as the observational targets,formulated unified TCM symptoms questionnaire.Used the retrospective research technique,took the patients which had been clinical diagnosed determinately as the research objects,Started from the general information,medical history,clinical manifestation(including information such as the symptoms,the tongue and so on),physical examination and related auxiliary examination,comprehensively gathered the preoperative data of 260 colorectal cancer cases.It used statistical software SPSS13.0 to record and inspect the survey data,used the description analysis,cluster analysis and principal component analysis methods to carry on the statistical analysis for discussing the distribution characteristics of various syndromes.Research resultsColorectal cancer male sends much,the male and female proportion is 1.5: 1,good sends to 46～74 year old of age section. According to the results of classify analysis and principal components analysis,combined specialized knowledge,summarized five main cardsperiod syndrome groups of colorectal cancer patients,including accumulation of damp and hot card,accumulation of stasis and toxin card,deficiency of qi and blood card,deficiency of liver and kidney card,deficiency of spleen and kidney card.(1)Acumulation of damp and hot cardThe main symptoms:abdominal pain in no fixed place,paroxysmal burning or sore,excrement number increase,paste,with bright red mucous blood,anal glowing,tenesmus yellow,red tongue,vein smooth varnish.Secondary symptoms:body weight,eat less,mouth sticky and halitosis, thirsty but no wish to drink,fever,yellow urinate,tongue is yellow and thickly coated.(2)Accumulation of stasis and toxin cardThe main symptoms:abdominal pain in fixed place,paroxysmal stabbing pain, excrement number increase,paste,with wine mucous blood,Tongue is dark, petechiae,bruises,uneven pulse.Secondary symptoms:obscure complexion,dark purple color oral lip, scaly dry skin,swoller pain in abdomen,sublingual Veins circuity,tenesmus thin-white coating,wiry pulse.(3)Deficiency of qi and blood cardThe main symptoms:abdominal pain in no fixed place,paroxysmal dull pain, paste excrement,with pink mucous blood,sallow complexion,dizziness,pale tongue.Secondary symptoms:lack of qi and no desire to speak,body tired, light-colored lip,emaciation,spontaneous perspiration,tinnitus,shortness of breath,tasteless of mouth,eat less,thin-white coating,thready rapid pulse.(4)Deficiency of liver and kidney cardThe main symptoms:abdominal pain in no fixed place,paroxysmal dull pain or crymodynia,preferring warm and touch,excrement number increase,paste,with pink mucous blood,white complexion,chilly and cold extremities,ache and weak at waist and knee,pale and fat tongue,with tooth marks,deep pulse.Secondary symptoms:lack of qi and no desire to speak,body tired, tasteless of mouth,eat less,shortness of breath,light-coloredlip,frequency of urination in night,clear abundant urine,Dull tongue with whitish and greasy coating,thready pulse.(5)Deficiency of spleen and kidney cardThe main symptoms:abdominal pain in no fixed place,paroxysmal burning or sore,constipation or loose stools,with bright red mucous blood,emaciation, ache and weak at waist and knee,red drop tongue,thready pulse.Secondary symptoms:Dizziness,tinnitus,night sweat,dry mouth,feverish sensation over the five centers,less fur,rapid pulse.ConclusionsThe preoperotive pathogenesis characteristics of colorectal cancer are wet,hot,haemostasis and so on,simultaneously,combining the deficiency of liver,spleen,kidney,qi and blood,Clinical common five main syndrome groups are accumulation of damp and hot card,accumulation of stasis and toxin card, deficiency of qi and blood card,deficiency of liver and kidney card,deficiency of spleen and kidney card.Accumulation of damp and hot card,accumulation of stasis and toxin card,deficiency of qi and blood card are familiar in them.
