ObjectivePrimary bronchogenic carcinoma of lung is the common malignant tumor in China.the disease incidence and the mortality rate of which are at the primacy of malignant tumor.Half of the patients have been in advanced at the moment of diagnosis,lose the surgery opportunity.The chemotherapy based on the third generation drugs combined platinum is considered of the best treatment for the advanced non-small cell lung cancer,however,the efficiency and the long-term effect of which is not satisfactory,simultaneity,resulting the unendurable drug adverse reaction influences patient' s quality of life and the complement of the whole course treatment.Traditional Chinese Medicine for the treatment of malignant tumor basis on the principle of Differential Treatment and "Fuzhengquxie",by using diagnosis methods "observe,listen, ask,feel",modulating the "yin yang qi blood",the function of zang-fu, meridian,rebuilds the function of human body.PurposesObservation of the integrated traditional Chinese medicine treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer patients quality of life,physical status score,immune function,lung cancer symptom score of the treatment effect and safety evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine a comprehensive treatment plan for patients with advanced non-small cell cancer effects of quality of life,so as to comprehensive treatment of Chinese medicine in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer provide the basis for the further implementation. MethodsCase study of the use of forward-looking approach,in accordance with the inclusion,exclusion criteria were collected from March 2008 to March 2009 of 60 cases of patients admitted to hospital qualified to the principle of Treatment for including traditional Chinese medicine decoction,injection of Chinese medicine,acupuncture,Acupoint Application,external application of Chinese medicine,such as the integrated program of Chinese medicine treatment for 14 days for a treatment interval of 14 days for each treatment,a total of 2 course of treatment therapy.To physical status score,quality of life, weight,lung cancer symptom score,immunization targets T-cell subsets CD3, CD4,CD8 and other indicators to measure efficacy,the evaluation of the integrated program of traditional Chinese medicineⅢb,Ⅳnon-small cell lung cancer patients quality of life impact.The course of treatment at the same time record any adverse events.ResultsThe patients with lung cancer,The Clinical signs and symptoms of lung cancer,after treatment than before treatment symptom score decreased significantly ease symptoms,efficient(clinical cure + markedly effective + efficient) to 65%,paired t test before and after treatment,P＜0.05,before and after differenceswere significance;quality of life,the quality of life scale(QLQ2C30) functional scale of physical function,role function, cognitive function,emotional function,social function,overall health status scale and symptom sub-scale of fatigue,pain,difficulty in breathing, insomnia,appetite loss symptom score after treatment than before treatment improved before and after treatment were paired t test P＜0.05,statistically significant difference before and after;KPS score after treatment than before treatment improved after treatment paired t test,P＜0.05,statistically significant difference before and after;after treatment than before treatment to increase body weight,paired t test before and after treatment,P＜0.05, statistically significant difference before and after.Immune function, immune cells after treatment CD3,CD4,CD8,CD4/CD8 ratio were increased before treatment,paired t test before and after treatment,P＜0.05,statistically significant difference before and after.Conclusions 1.A comprehensive treatment of Chinese medicine in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer patients to improve clinical symptoms and lower symptom score in patients with a better efficacy;2.A comprehensive treatment of Chinese medicine in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer can increase or stability in patients with immune function,improve the body's own resistance to disease;3.A comprehensive treatment of Chinese medicine in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer patients,can increase or stability in patients with Weight,and increase or stability in patients with KPS score.4.A comprehensive treatment of Chinese medicine in the treatment of advanced non-small ceil lung cancer,can be effective in patients with advanced lung cancer to improve quality of life.
