Objective:To observe the Pattern of syndrome of Chinese Medcine about Osteoporosis,in order to direct clinical treatment. To research the relationship between the frequency distribution of transforming growth factorβGene polymorphisms and the Pattern of syndrome of Chinese Medcine about Osteoporosis, hunting the etiological factor of Osteoporosis about this gene.Method:80 post-menopause femal that are living in Guangzhou are objects of study.Base on the diagnosti-c code of primary Osteoporosis, thoese people divided into two groups, one is experimental group, the other is control group.Analyses the Pattern of syndrome of Chinese Medcine about Osteoporosis. Then collect the venous blood of both groups,Through DNAPCR amplification and agarose gel electro-phoresis,we observe genotype frequencies and allele distributions of TGF-β1 polymorphisms, and its relationship between the Pattern of syndrome of Chinese Medcine about Osteoporosis.Result:After we have the result of differentiation of symptoms and signs for classification of syndrome,we found hepatic and renal yin deficiency is the most. And we found that there was no significant difference in genotype frequencies and allele distributions of TGF-β1 polymorphisms between both groups(p>0.05).And there was no significant difference in genotype frequencies and allele distributions of TGF-β1 polymorphisms between classification of syndrome.Conclution:We think that hepatic and renal yin deficiency is the important pathogenic factors in Osteoporosis. We found that may be genotype frequencies and allele distributions of TGF-β1 polymorphisms dosen' t refer to Osteoporosis.Owing to the small sample in this study, further study will be needed in large sample to establish the conclusions in future.
