| Objective:To verify the clinical efficacy of Huo Xue Zhi Tong tincture phoresis treatment of knee osteoarthritis with synovitis,in order to explore the mechanism of Huo Xue Zhi Tong tincture,providing a theoretical and experimental basis for clinical use。Method:Adopt a randomized controlled study approach,Choose 83 patients of single knee osteoarthritis with synovitis,who were stagnated by cold hygrosis or phlegm and blood stasis。Then,the patients were divided into 2 groups,treatment group 43 cases,control group 40 cases,the treatment group was treated with Huo Xue Zhi Tong tincture while the control group with Diclofenac Diethylamine Emulgel。Both groups were administered by the Intermediate Frequency,Once a day;Pretreatment and treatment after two weeks,the two groups were observed and recorded the levels of serum CRP, the VAS score and WOMAC index,the knee Synovium thickness and hydrops content,Statistic and analysis to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Huo Xue Zhi Tong tincture which was used to cure the knee osteoarthritis with synovitisoResults:Huo Xue Zhi Tong tincture can effectively reduce the patients' thickness of Synovium,WOMAC index,hydrops and VAS score,comparing to pretreatment of treatment group have statistic difference(P<0.001)。But it can not effect the levels of serum CRP statistically。Treatment group and control group after treatment compared,the affects of Huo Xue Zhi Tong tincture to the levels of serum CRP,VAS score,the hydrops score and Synovium thickness there was no statistical significance,but to the WOMAC index there were significances in statistics(P<0.05)。Conclusion:Huo Xue Zhi Tong tincture phoresis treatment can effectively relieve the knee swelling,reduce the synovial thickness,VAS and WOMAC index of knee osteoarthritis in patients with synovitis,Besides,the effectiveness of reducing the WOMAC index was better than Diclofenac Diethylamine Emulgel。Its mechanism may be related to regulation of immunization and synovial fibroblast cell function,improve the blood circulation of knee。Inhibit PGE2, COX-2 and NO synthesis,reduce the 5-HT content of inflammatory tissue, anti-lipid peroxidation and improve the ability of anti-fatigue。... |
