Clinical Observation Of NO, ET, CRP On The Guanxin No.â…¢ In Treatment Of Ischemic Cardiomyopathy Patients

【Objective】To find out the clinical efficacy of Guanxin No.Ⅲwith ischemic cardiomyopathy patients,and to explore the treatment mechanism, in order to provide a highly efficient method for the clinical treatment.【Methods】According to the chosen standards and exclusive standards of the cases,basing on the simple ways of random choices,we'll choose 40 ischemic cardiomyopathy patients radomly,which will be divided into the therapy group and the compared group of 20 each.The patients in therapy group will take the Guan Xin No.Ⅲ,but the other group will take Acertil, Zocor,enteric-coated aspirin,Isosorbide Mononitrate.Both for three months,we'll observe the level of NO,ET,CRP for each group before and after the treatment,and note down the clinical syptoms,hemo-axungia, hemorheology examination,electrocardiogram,holter,hepatic funetion, renal function,electrolytes examination,the changes of the three main routine examination,then do some statistics and analysis,get the conclusions and complete the clinical researches.【Results】Through the treatment of Guan Xin No.Ⅲ,the level of NO in patients' blood goes from 46.93±5.02 rise to 72.54±14.24,but ET goes from 70.22±17.22 reduce to 42.55±9.49 and CRP from 20.23±2.56 reduce to 7.23±1.14.There is no significant differences compared with the control group(P＞0.05).That means compared with the control group,efficacy is almost.The levels of TG,CHOL,LDL in patients' blood go from 3.88±0.75,7.13±0.64,5.96±1.20 reduce tol.65±0.54,5.14±0.45,4.15±0.82,and HDL goes from 1.43±0.31 rise to 1.73±0.40.There is no significant differences compared with the control group(P＞0.05).That means compared with the control group,efficacy is almost.The levels of high cut,middle cut,low cut,blood viscosity,HCT, fibrinogen in patients' blood go from7.03±0.77,9.46±1.59,16.22±4.02,2.42±0.47,51.98±8.47,4.84±0.76 reduce to 5.21±0.74,7.13±1.33,10.19±3.03,1.71±0.36,40.26±5.24,3.21±0.58.There is no significant differences compared with the control group(P＞0.05).That means compared with the control group,efficacy is almost.It has a good result in the improvement of the ischemia condition of electrocardiogram,which has no statisfics meaning(p＞0.05).Time of ST-T in holter is shortening from 120.24±15.68 reduce to 57.48±15.28 after treatment.There is no significant differences compared with the control group(P＞0.05).That means compared with the control group,efficacy is almost.In the improvement of chest pain,chest distress,cardiopalmus,it also has no stastifics meaning(p＞0.05),but it has obvious difference in the treatment of agrypnia,debility(p＜0.05).【Conclusion】Through this study found that the application of Guanxin No.Ⅲin the treatment of patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy can eliminate or significantly improve the patient s ' symptoms and improve the level of NO,reduce ET,CRP.It also can make the level of hemo-axungia go down and improve the blood circulation.It has been achieved to be successful in alleviate the symptoms and prevent to recurrence of ischemic cardiomyopathy.
