[objective] Compared to observe The therapy of Yi-qi Yang-yin and zao-shi he-wei in preventing Gastrointestinal side effects which is from lung cancer after chemotherapy with cisplatin, in order to find a more effective in reducing cisplatin chemotherapy-induced side effects of treatment to improve patients quality of life.[Methods] In this study, the tumor in our hospital inpatient treatment of 60 patients with advanced lung cancer patients, the use of randomized controlled method is divided into A group and A group , There are 30 cases in each group, respectively, using to the therapy of Yi-qi Yang-yin and the therapy of zao-shi he-wei , comparison of each group of clinical symptoms before and after chemotherapy, as weight, quality of life, as well as blood, liver and kidney function.[Results] Chemotherapy with The therapy of Yi-qi Yang-yin and Chemotherapy with The therapy of zao-shi he-wei all can improve Symptoms of patients, Such as cough, chest pain, weakness (P <0.05) , Compared to chemotherapy with The therapy of zao-shi he-wei , Chemotherapy with The therapy of Yi-qi Yang-yin can More effective to improve shortness of breath, fatigue . Both groups can improve the nausea and vomiting, loss of appetite symptoms, The therapy of Yi-qi Yang-yin Can be more effective to improve the loss of appetite (P< 0. 05); The therapy of Yi-qi Yang-yin can improve symptoms of constipation (P>0. 05); As the study is the number of cases of diarrhea rarely, There are three cases in the A group (10%), There are two cases in the B group (6. 67%), Thus two aspects in the treatment of diarrhea is not the result of the comparison reference value. Quality of life in the two groups were a marked improvement after treatment, The therapy of Yi-qi Yang-yin can be More effectively improve the patient' s body weight (P<0. 05).
