Insomnia Treatment Of Advanced Lung Cancer Between Yin Yang Decoctio(two Yin And Yang Deficiency Type)clinical Observation

Objective:By observing the curative effect of Xieli Yin-Yang decoction in the treatment of insomnia associated with lung cancer(deficiency of both yin and yan g),this paper discusses the mechanism of its action,and provides a new dialecti cal thinking and academic guidance for clinical treatment of this disease.Methods:All cases were selected from patients who met the criteria of diagnosis and inclusion in the Department of Oncology and Hematology of Shanxi Integrated traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital from January 2018 to December 2018.According to the actual situation of clinical diagnosis and treatment,the treatment group was divided into two groups: the treatment group taking traditional Chinese medicine and the control group taking western medicine.30 patients were randomly selected from the treatment group,that is,30 patients in the treatment group received Xieli yin-yang decoction on the routine treatment of lung cancer.In the control group,30 patients with lung cancer were treated with esazolam tablets for four weeks.The patients in both groups were treated with routine treatment of lung cancer,and no other traditional Chinese medicine was used during the treatment.In therapy After the end,complete the data collection and data collation,all the data are analyzed by SPSS19.0 statistical software.Results:1.The effect on clinical symptoms and PSQI scores: both groups improved the clinical symptoms and decreased the PSQI score.The changes of PSQI scale and the effect of sleep quality were compared between the two groups.The results of the treatment group and the control group were the same as those of the control group(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the total curative effect between the two groups.2.The effect on KPS score: the two groups were compared before and after treatment,indicating that the two groups had an effect on the quality of life of the patients.The comparison between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05)shows that Xieli Yin Yang decoction is superior to the control group in improving the quality of life of the patients.3.Alignment The effect of syndrome score and clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine:the two groups were compared before and after treatment(P<0.05),indicating that both groups could improve the symptoms;The comparison between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05)showed that Xieli Yin Yang decoction was superior to the control group in improving the TCM syndrome of the patients.The total effective rate was 86.67% in thetreatment group and 76.67% in the control group(P<0.05),which indicated that Xieli Yin Yang decoction was superior to the control group in improving the TCM syndrome of the patients.4.Adverse reactions: blood analysis,liver and kidney function,electrocardiogram and so on were closely detected in both groups.No obvious abnormality was found,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was low and mild.Conclusion:Xieli Yin-Yang decoction can not only improve the insomnia of p atients with advanced lung cancer(deficiency of both yin and yang),but also impr ove the quality of life of the patients in the course of treatment,and adjust the bo dy condition of the patients from the whole.For the simple use of western medicin e has obvious advantages,and there are no obvious adverse reactions.
