The Clinical Observation Of The Effect Of Yiqi Wenyang Therapy In The Treatment Of Tumor-induced Fever

Background:Tumor-induced fever in late-stage cancer patients is one of the most common clinical symptoms.Due to the existence of malignant hyperthermia, it is the second common causes of cancer fever.And because of Complex causes of cancer-induced fever,in clinical,we still in lack of effect medication.In the treatment of tumor-induced fever,Western medical mainly turns to choices of the non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, hormones,antibiotics.Long- term application of antipyretic nonsteroidal drugs may cause descent of gastric mucosal barrier function, can induce ulcers and bleeding,after taking,exhaustion may be induced after large amount sweating,which extremely detrimental to the survival rate of patients with advanced malignant tumor.Because there is in lack of effective drug treatment,tumor-induced fever treated by TCM methods which extended from the 60's,so far has some advantages,and at the same time,it can also consolidate healthy energy,which accordingly can significantly improve the patient's quality of life and prolong survival time.Therefore,the application of Chinese medicine in clinical treatment to effectively control the tumor-induced fever has become clinical problem that should not be ignored.Objective:Observation of the clinical efficacy of the method of benefiting vital energy and warming yang(Yiqi Wenyang) in the treatment of yang deficiency type of tumor-induced fever,so as to provide an objective basis for the treatment of tumor heat by Chinese medicine and also accumulate experience for further in-depth and systematical research.Methods:Explore the method of randomized controlled trials,randomly divided the experimental objects who in line with diagnosis and internalize denominator into treatment group and control group.According to the entering time of observation which would be in consistent with pre-designed random envelope sequence.The two groups were given the same basic treatment.For tumor-induced fever,the treatment were treated by orally take the(aishao) decoction which created by advisor,Control group were treated by indomethacin suppository cork the anus,a treatment for seven days.Compare the two treatments in the largest increase in high temperature(△T),thermal response index(TRI),effecting time of pyretolysis.Compare the results,analysis of the efficacy of the method of benefiting vital energy and warming yang(in the treatment of tumor-induced fever,so as to provide an objective basis for the treatment of tumor-induced fever by Chinese medicine.Results:(1)the impact of comprehensive therapeutic effect of Yiqi Wenyang therapeusis(benefiting vital energy and warming yang) in the treatment of tumor-induced fever.The total effective rate of treatment group was 63.33%,total effective rate of the control group was 53.33%,the treatment group is better than the control group.(2) The impact on the patient's Karnofsky score card by Yiqi Wenyang therapeusis(benefiting vital energy and warming yang) in the treatment of tumor-induced fever:after the treatment,the stability of Karnofsky rate in the treatment group increased 90%,while the control group was 83.33%.compare the Karnofsky score before and after the treatment it can be seen that both methods can effectively improve the situation of patients with Karnofsky condition.But the Yiqi Wenyang therapy is more obvious.Compare the two Karnofsky score change after treatment between the two groups there is statistical difference(p＜0.05).(3)The effect time of pyretolysis by Yiqi Wenyang therapy.With the T test, the control group is better than the treatment group(P＜0.05).This shows that on the effect time of pyretolysis,there is no advantage in Yiqi Wenyang therapeusis treatment group,traditional Chinese medicine treatment group characterize as mild in nature but relatively slow onset.(4)The impact of Yiqi Wenyang therapy on tumor-induced fever on body temperature of patients with the greatest increase in high temperature reaction of△T and the impact of TRI index:the treatment group was significantly lower than the peak temperature rise in the control group, the treatment group is better than the control group,heat index declined, the Comparison of△T and TRI between two Group were significantly different(p＜0.05).It Shows that there is exact effect of Yiqi Wenyang therapy in the treatment of tumor fever.(5)the impact of white blood cell count by Yiqi Wenyang therapy in patients with tumors fever:only after treatment there is statistics significance between the two groups in the comparison of white blood cell count,but both were within the normal range,so that its significance is rather limited.Conclusion:The results of this study shows that in the treatment tumor-induced fever(qi-deficiency type),the effect of Yiqi Wenyang therapy is exact, and can effectively improve the patients' living quality.The Clinical toxicity and side effects is mile,tolerance is good,and worthy to be popularized.
