Research On The Curative Effect Of Acute Ankle Sprain By SUPER-LIZER, Shuangbai Ointment And Indomethacin Cuptalam

Objective:Study the use of Super-Lizer(S-L),Indometacin Cataplasm and Shuang-bai ointment to cure acute ankle sprain,and to know the differences of these three therapeutics on exertive and curative effect.In the study we divide them into three groups to observe the differences before and after the cure in aspects of the degree of pain,functional recuperation,activity and tumefaction of the arthrosis.Methods:Within all orthopaedics outpatient and emergency patients hospitalized in the First affiliated hospital of GZTCM during December 2008 -March 2009,we use single-blind methods choose 45 patients which fit our study criteria and separate them into four groups randomly.We separately use Shuang-bai ointment,Indometacin Cataplasm and S-L for three group.Data collection at the period before the therapeutics,7 days after the therapeutics,and 14 days after the therapeutics.Based on the observation index of the degree of pain,function,activity and tumefaction of the arthrosis,we can see the changes statistically and then to study the cure effect of each therapeutics.Results:Shuang-bai ointment and Indometacin Cataplasm are better for acesodyne in all period compare with the other groups.Shuang-bai ointment is better for detumescence and functional recuperation.However,after 14 days of treatment,detumescence effect of all 4 groups is very similar while Shuang-bai ointment and Indometacin Cataplasm have better effects on functional recuperation.Since the contrast group in all aspects are worse than all the others,this shows that those 3 kinds of therapeutics have their own avail.After 7 days treatment,it shows that Shuang-bai ointment and Indometacin Cataplasm have more effective and better curative effect in overall.However, after 14 days of treatment,significantly the efficiency of the total and overall treatment effect have no difference.There is one patient has skin anaphylaxis after using Shuang-bai ointment, and there is no bad reaction in other groups.Conclusion:Shuang-bai ointment is good for circulation-invigorating, acesodyne and detumescence.Indometacin is a common used medicine for traumatic,and it is now made in external use piaster for partial tissue. Indometacin Cataplasm is good for acesodyne and detumescence.It has outstanding effect on therapy of acute ankle sprain is obviously lenitive for joints,redduce tumefaction,and expedite functional recuperation. Super-Lizer is an up-to-date therapy and has certain curative effect. Unfortunately it does not have satisfactory effect as a solely primary therapy. Meanwhile it is recommended for an accessorial therapy.Shuang-bai ointment is a cheap and efficient medicine.Indometacin Cataplasm is a newly,carriable and storable product with fast curative effect.It can be promoted for clinic.
