To Evaluate The Effects Of Tong Guan Capsule On Serium Hs-CPR Concentration Patients With Acute Coronary Syndrome(ACS) Of QI Deficiency And Blood Stasis

ObjectiveTo discuss the relations between acute coronary syndrome(ACS) in patients with hs-CRP,then we evaluate the clinical efficiency of tongguan capsule for the treatment of the syndrome of deficiency of QI and the syndromes of blood stasis in ACS of hs-CRP,to find the theory in accordance with using tongguan capsule in the syndrome of deficiency of QI and the syndromes of blood stasis of ACS.MethodsBy using prospective Randomized,Controlled study,we observed 54 cases who diagnosed of ACS patients QI insufficiency and blood stasis in Guangdong provincial hospital from 2007-9 to 2008-12.According to Randomized table we drive the patients to the tongguan capsule group and the control group,the tongguan capsule group(26cases) and the control group(28cases).Tbe control group patients take conventional westen medicine,the tongguan capshle group take the conventional westen medicine and the tongguan capshle(4grain of tid). We observed the curative effect parameters and hs-CRP changes of each group before trial and after trial and evaluating clinical symptoms effect changes between two guoups,The data putted into computer and statisticed by SPSS13.0.ResultsComparing the two groups,there was no significant difference in genenerally condition,and also no remarkable difference in TCM Syndrome score etal(P＞0.05).The research results show:There are siginificant differences in the curative effect parameters compared with the two groups.The angina pectoris clinical efficacy rate has significant differences between two groups for the capsule group is 92.31%and the control group is 71.42%.Tongguan capsule exerts a better effect in improving the syndromes of TCM,especially in the improving syndromes of QI deficiency and blood stasis than only conventional westen medicine treatment,tongguan capsule group was better than conventional group for the TCM syndromes score and total syndrome effect(P＜0.05).there was no significant difference in hs-CRP between the two group for the frist day in hospital(P＞0.05),after the 7th days and 1 month days later,the level of hs-CRP decreased more significant than conventional (P＜0.05).ConclusionThe capsule of tongguan can decreased more significant the level of hs-CRP and improve the syndrome of QI deficiency and blood stasis in patients who diagnosed of ACS,tongguan capsule can preventing coronary arteries event recurring,tongguan capsule may play an important role in the restenosis.
