Clinical Study On Effect Of Xiaokebi Tongtong Capsule On IGF-1 In Patients With DPN (Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome)

Purpose: In this study,serum IGF-1 level,MCV,SCV and the improvement of TCM symptoms as the main efficacy indicators,using randomized,controlled clinical trial design,evaluation of Diabetes Bi Tong capsule for the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy(Qi deficiency and blood stasis)effective And the effect of the drug on serum IGF-1 levels.Method: 60 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy(qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome)were randomly divided into treatment group and control group(30 cases in each group)for 12 weeks of clinical observation.During the clinical observation,the two groups on the basis of normal hypoglycemic,the treatment group given Xiaokebi Tong capsule,the control group given oral administration of methylcobalamin tablets for treatment.Changes of FPG,2hPG,HbA1 c,IGF-1,MCV,SCV and TCM syndrome scores in patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy(Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome)were observed from biochemical and electrophysiological aspects.Result: T The levels of FPG,2hPG and HbA1 c in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P <0.05 or P <0.01),and the control group(P <0.05 or P <0.01).The levels of MCV and SCV in the two groups were significantly improved(P <0.01),but the treatment group was better than the control group(P <0.05).In the curative effect and syndromes,the two groups of patients after treatment of TCM syndrome scores were reduced,but after treatment in the treatment group to improve the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine was significantly better than the control group(P <0.01),and the efficacy of TCM syndrome,The treatment group was superior to the control group(P <0.05);Serum IGF-1 level was significantly increased(P <0.01),and was superior to the control group(P <0.05)in the treatment of serum IGF-1.Conclusion:Xiaokebi Tong Capsule can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with DPN(Qi deficiency and blood stasis),improve the level of glucose metabolism in DPN patients,and improve the MCV and SCV of DPN patients.And can improve the level of serum IGF-1,suggesting that enhanced expression of IGF-1 may be one of the mechanisms of the action of Xiaokebi Tong capsule in the treatment of DPN.
