| Objective:To research the therapeutic effect of the modified small -blue-dragon soup match point application to patients with allergic rhinitis and the effect to the life of quality of patients with allergic rhinitis of dialectical pulmonary asthenia cold symptoms to TCM,contrasting to the antihistamine drug Loratadine and only the modified small-blue-dragon soup. Evaluating objectively the therapeutic effect of the modified small-blue-dragon soup match point application on allergic rhinitis,probing the feasibility of evaluating therapeutic effect of TCM by Quality of Life Questionnaire,to build the foundation for the later research.Methods:Draft 89 patients of allergic rhinitis of dialectical pulmonary asthenia cold symptoms to TCM,according to doctor's suggestion and the patients'request,they were divided into 3 groups,allocated 29 examples to the group of Loratadine(10mg every day,3 weeks,2 weeks without the pills), 30 examples to the group of modified small-blue-dragon soup(a preparation a day,3 weeks,without the soup 2 weeks),30 example to the group of modified small-blue-dragon soup match point application(the herb of preparation a day and the point application once a week,3 weeks,2 weeks without the treatment).Observer recorded clinical signs and symptoms scores of patients with allergic rhinitis at the start,after treatment 3 weeks and without the treatment two weeks,including:nasal itching,sneezing,rhinorrhea, nasal blockage,local signs.Before the treatment,after the treatment 3 weeks and without the treatment 2 weeks,patients filled in the Allergy Rhinitis Quality of Life Questionnaire(ARQLQ) themselves.Observer calculated clinical symptoms and sign scores and each dimension scores of ARQLQ at the start,after treatment 3 weeks and without the treatment 2 weeks.Compared the data in SPSS 11.5.Result:1.Modified small-blue-dragon soup match point application had significant effect on clinic signs and symptoms and some dimension scores to patients with allergic rhinitis of pulmonary asthenia cold syndrome.After 3 weeks of treatment,clinic signs and symptoms,the symptoms of the disease, local symptoms,pulmonary asthenia cold syndrome,systemic symptoms,scores of allergic rhinitis,the life of quality were better than before the treatment. Without the treatment 2 weeks,each aspect above-mentioned was better than before the treatment.After 3 weeks of treatment,there was no significant changes about clinic signs and symptoms,scores of allergic rhinitis,the dimensions of life of quality.It was to say that modified small-blue-dragon soup match point application still had effect without treatment 2 weeks. There was no significant changes about activity limitation,psychological factors and the social relations before the treatment,after 3 weeks of treatment and without the treatment.2.After 3 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of Loratadine was 72.41%,modified small-blue-dragon soup was 73.3%,the modified small blue-dragon soup match point application was 78.57%,there was no significant differences between the three groups on overall curative effect.After 2 weeks without treatment,the total effective rate of Loratadine was10.34%,modified small-blue-dragon soup was 56.6%,modified small-blue-dragon soup match point applicationwas 66.67%,there were significant differences between modified small-blue-dragon soup match point application and Loratadine on overall curative effect(P＜0.01),there were no significant differences between modified small-blue-dragon soup match c point application and modified small-blue-dragon soup on overall curative effect.Modified small-blue-dragon soup match point application had better overall curative effect than Loratadine and modified small-blue-dragon soup after 2 weeks without treatment.3.On total scores of allergic rhinitis(the standard of Lanzhou),Loratadine, modified small-blue-dragon soup,modified small-blue -dragon soup match point application,after 3 weeks of treatment,the three groups had great significant differences than before treatment.Compared before treatment to 2 weeks without treatment,modified small-blue-dragon soup match point application was better than Loratadine.Compared after 3 weeks of treatment to 2 weeks without treatment,modified small-blue-dragon soup match point application was better than Loratadine and modified small-blue-dragon soup. 4.Modified small-blue-dragon soup match point application was better than Loratadine and modified small-blue-dragon soup in some aspects of the life of quality and total life of quality,and it had longer effect,it was better than Loratadine and modified small-blue-dragon soup.5.On evaluating quality of life and clinical effect,ARQLQ had certain credibility,sensitivity and feasibility,it can effectively reflect quality of life of the patients with allergic rhinitis and evaluate curative effect, it can reflect the advantage of overall treatment of the traditional Chinese medicine better.Conclusion:1.Modified small-blue-dragon soup match point application has certain curative effect on allergic rhinitis of dialectical pulmonary asthenia cold symptoms to TCM,and the curative effect is equal to antihistamine drug loratadine after 3 weeks of treatment.Without the treatment,modified small-blue-dragon soup match point application is better than loratadine. Modified small-blue-dragon soup match point application is better than Loratadine and modified small-blue-dragon soup on some dimensions of quality of life,and has longer effect.2.Traditional Chinese medicine has the advantage of systemic symptoms improving Quality of life evaluating as a method of evaluation to curative effect,pays more attention to patients'own feeling.It can reflects curative effect in many ways.As patients fill in ARQLQ themselves,this is more objective than traditional method of evaluation to curative effect.It could reflect the advantage of overall treatment of traditional Chinese medicine very well.We need make out ARQLQ which has features of TCM to evaluate curative effect of TCM objectively. |
