| Research Objective:A randomized controlled clinical research methods, objective assessment of fire with pin-based electro-acupuncture in treating acute herpes zoster clinical efficacy and to explore acupuncture fire of the possible mechanisms of herpes zoster.Research Methods:A prospective randomized control study,the diagnosis of herpes zoster would be in line with standards,inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria as the subjects of those who qualified subjects were randomly divided into acupuncture group and 30 fire(treatment group),check Jiaji (double),Zhigou(double),Houxi(double),is the Arab-Israeli points into the first day of treatment using electro-acupuncture,the frequency of 2/100HZ, 2 ~ 5mA,patient tolerance for intensity degrees,30 minutes after power up needle.Re-election from 3 to 5 points of fire needle prick every day 1.10 times for a course of treatment,for a total of one course of treatment;Western medicine group of 30 people(control group),to valaciclovir hydrochloride (Livzon Granville) Oral,300mg/times,2 times/day,vitamin B1 oral,10mg /times,3 times/day.A course of 10 days,for a total of one course of treatment.Only time the use of blisters,crusted time off callus time,pain intensity,pain started to ease the time,pain duration,the integrated effect of herpes zoster score,the individual characteristics of herpes zoster score of indicators such as efficacy,treatment before and after an evaluation.The data will be the establishment of databases,applications SPSS11.5 statistical software for statistical analysis.Results:Before treatment the two groups of patients with herpes zoster integrated efficacy score,shingles and other characteristics of the individual score,calculated by the statistical differences were not significantly different(P＞0.05),comparable.Only two in the Herpes simplex time,scar time,time off callus significant difference(P＜0.01). Comprehensive treatment of herpes zoster efficacy score,pain intensity score decreased(P＜0.01,P＜0.05),and the role of the treatment group than the control group(P＜0.01,P＜0.05).The treatment group began to ease the pain of time and duration of pain than the control group,short,statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).Two effects,the treatment group 24 cases cured,markedly effective in 3 cases,improvement in 3 cases,0 cases of invalid; control group,11 cases recovered,10 cases markedly effective,8 cases improved,by chi-square test,two groups There was no significant difference, the two groups by Ridit analysis of the extent of recovery,P＜0.05, significantly,the extent of the treatment group healed better.Conclusion:1,fire needle-based patients with herpes zoster can shorten the time only blisters,crusted scab off time and time;2,fire needle-based and oral valaciclovir hydrochloride-based shingles are integrated effect can score lower the treatment group than the control group;3,the fire started acupuncture to alleviate pain in the time and pain duration shorter than the control group;4,a fire than needle-based Oral valaciclovir hydrochloride, mainly to improve the characteristics of individual shingles,such as local pain,the number of blisters,blisters cluster the number of characters blisters,pimples,skin lesions of the area and so on;5,a fire than needle-based oral valaciclovir hydrochloride-based prevention of postherpetic neuralgia occurred;6,fire needle-based the degree of recovery than the control group. |
