Objective:1.Make modes of complete obstruction of left ureter.The index of hydronephrotic kidney were measured(after unilateral complete obstruction) by 64 slice CT perfusion imaging in every stage. To explore the appraisal value of 64 slice CT perfusion imaging in the infection degree of hydronephrotic kidney.2.Make modes of complete obstruction of left ureter.The index of hydronephrotic kidney(3 months after obstruction were released) were measured by 64 slice CT perfusion imaging.To evaluate the predictability value of 64 slice CT perfusion in the restorability of renal function of hydronephrotic kidney.Methods:25 healthy adult male Rabbits randomize 5 as normal group,the others were operated as complete obstruction of left ureter.Hydronephrotic rabbits were grouped as control 1,3,5 and 7 week(G1w,G3w,G3w,and G7w) after obstruction.The index were measured by 64 slice CT perfusion imaging and SPECT preoperatively and postoperatively at 1,3,5 and 7 weeks and further 3 months after obstruction was released,respectively,every stage dissect 1 receive the picture of pathology.Results:1.BF,BV were decreased over obstructive time,TTP delayed evidently.The results of SPECT show that the GFR of Hydronephrotic kidney were decreased comparing with the GFR of normal kidney gradually.There was no significant difference between the perfusion index and the GFR of G1w(further 3 months after obstruction was released) and the normal group.2.There was no significant difference between the perfusion index and GFR of the G1w(further 3 months after obstruction was released) and the normal group.There was significant difference between the perfusion index and GFR of G3w and G5w(further 3 months after obstruction was released) and the normal group.There was no significant difference between the perfusion index and GFR of G7w before and after obstruction was released.3.Histologically,there was a positive correlation between the duration of obstruction and the seriousness of pathologic changes. Conclusion:1.MSCT perfusion imaging not only receive morphology information but also form function imaging,provide a certain value for evaluating the infection degree of hydronephrotic kidney.2.The results of MSCT perfusion imaging are highly accord with the results of SPECT.Released obstruction properly is helpful to restore renal function.MSCT perfusion imaging provide a certain value for evaluating the restorability of the renal functional of hydronephrotic kidney and guiding preoperative.
