Objective:To retrospective analysis and compare the incidence of hypertensive disorders in pregnancy,the severe complication,delivery way,perineonate outcome in preeclampsia,we provide theory basis for clinical consultation and treatment.Method:Reviewed the delivery records of 371 preeclampsia pregnancy women who delivered at shanxi medical university first hospital from January 2004 to December 2006, collected the severe complications,delivery way,perineonate outcome of each case,analyzed the data with statistic software.Result:Approximately 2537 woman delivered during the study period and 371 of these woman were hypertensive disorders in pregnancy,316 were preeclampsia,62 were mild preeclampsia,254 were sever preeclampsia.The morbidity of hypertensive disorders in pregnancy is 14.62%.Among those preecalampsia,there were 69 cases who have severe complications and most of them were in the severe preecalampsia group.The morbidity of preeclampsia severe complications from high to low in order are:placental abruption(42 case), hypertensive disorders in pregnancy induced cardiopathy(13 case),renal failure(13 case), HELLP syndrome(4 case),DIC(3 case),cerebrovascular accident(1 case).Approximately 297 preeclampsia women delivered during the study period and 62 were mild preeclampsia,235 were severe preeclampsia.In the severe preeclampsia group,the gestational age of newborn,the birth weight,the Apgar were lower than the mild preeclampsia group;the morbidity of premature,neonatal asphyxia,perineonate death were higher than the mild preeclampsia group. Approximately 28 newborns were dead during the study period.The complications do harm to perinatal newborn seriously range from heaviest to heavier in order are:placental abruption(12 case),DIC(3 case),hypertensive disorders in pregnancy induced cardiopathy(2 case),HELLP syndrome(2 case),renal failure(1 case).Conclusion:1.The morbidity of hypertensive disorders in pregnancy is 14.62%.2.The morbidity of preeclampsia severe complications from high to low in order are:placental abruption,hypertensive disorders in pregnancy induced cardiopathy,renal failure,HELLP syndrome,DIC,cerebrovascular accident.3.In the severe preeclampsia group,the gestational age of newborn,the birth weight,the Apgar were lower than the mild preeclampsia group;the morbidity of premature,neonatal asphyxia,perineonate death were higher than the mild preeclampsia group.4.The complications do harm to perinatal newborn seriously range from heaviest to heavier in order are:placental abruption,DIC,hypertensive disorders in pregnancy induced cardiopathy,HELLP syndrome,renal failure and cerebrovascular accident.
