When the water reaches a certain concentration of pollutions,it will cause the reaction.We can determine the caute toxic effects of Limnodrilus at hydrostatic conditions through the internal test of heavy metal Pb single pollution.Environmental pollution can cause hazards disease and it's hamful to human in diferrent fields, such as acute and chronic toxicity carcinogenic mutagentic tertofentic effect,indirect harm and so on.The main task and purpose to study a variety of biology in particular the heavy metals which do harm to human body are studying the heavy metal pollutants on Limnodrilus and posible dosage response relationship for toxicity and safety evaluation,clarifying the role of heavy metal polltants in the mechanism of toxicity of its toxic effects and impact of various factors,seeking the early detection index of heavy metal pollutants do harm to Limnodrilus This can prvide a scientific basis and measures for the development of environmental standars. Environmental health standars and pollution prevention of heavy metal .To study the effect and mechanism of damage early damage to target and control theory and measures.Methods:Analysis of environmental background values use wet digestion cotomic fluorescence spertrophotometeic to determine the lead content in the water environment.Lead nitrate and lead acetate on the Limnodroilus hoffmeisteri claparede acute toxicity of a single experimental results show that lead nitrate and lead acetate for 24h Limnodroilus role of the Lc50 are as follows:7.09mg/L and 12.08 mg/L,and for 48h are 4.73mg/L and 10.12mg/L.However,the lead nitrate and lead acetute to the Limnodroilus 96h half lethc concentration are2.45mg/L and 6.98mg/L .The results showde that lead nitrate and lead acetute on the Limnodroilus hoffmeisteri claparede death has a strong role and show a doesage-response relationship.Lead nitrate and lead acetate on red blood cells can cause micronuclei and nuclear abnormal.They are manily manifested as Karyooyknosis,nuclear cleavage and nuclear concave.Micronucleus rate and abnormal rate of the nuclear peek concentrations are not fully synchronized.The overal performance of the target first increased and then decreased for the trend.Lead nitrate and lead acetate's genotoxicity.Agarose gel electeophoresis is used to detect the nitrated of lead and lead acetate do harm to Limnodroilus genomeDNA.The more damaged of DNA and more fragments,the longer the transfer distance is.This shows that Limnodroilus's genomic DNA resulted in the fracture jujury to varying degrees.Results:Analysis of environmental background values use wet digestion cotomic fluorescence spertrophotometeic to determine the lead content in the water environment.
