Study Of Serum Level Of CD44v6,VEGF With Inoperable Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer Treated With Chemordiotherapy

Objective:To investigate the relationship among expression of serum levels of CD44v6,VEGF winthout operation between before radio-chemotheary and after radio-chemotheary in non-small cell lung cancer patients,to expiore the relation of markers on prognosis and effection。Methods:The serum levels of CD44v6,VEGF were detected in50 patients winhout operation between before radio-chemotheary and after radio-chemotheary with NSCLC by ELISA method,NSE and CYFRA21-1 were detected by electrochemiluminescence method.Results:①The before radio-chemotheary serum level of CD44v6[(570.89±63.30) ng/L]and VEGF[(241.09±85.96)ng/L]in non-small cell lung cancer patients was significantly higher than those in normal control patients[(356.32±97.68)ng/L and (103.72±39.22) ng/L](p＜0.01)②The non-small cell lung cancer patients before radio-chemotheary serum levels of VEGF in non-small cell lung cancer patients was closely related to P-TNM stage,distant metastasis,grade of cell differentiation and the size of the primary tumors(p＜0.05),but not to the histological classification,type of the tumor,lymph node status,age,sex of the patients and smoking or not(p＞0.05);The before radio-chemotheary serum levels of CD44v6 in non-small cell lung cancer patients was closely related to P-TNM stage,distant metastasis,grade of cell differentiation,type of the tumor and the size of the primary tumors(p＜0.05),but not to the histological classification,age,sex of the patients and smoking or not(p＞0.05)③The pre radio-chemotheary serum level of CD44v6(570.89±63.30) ng/L was significantly higherthan that post radio-chemotheary serum level(281.44±74.28) ng/L(p＜0.01),The pre radio-chemotheary serum level of VEGF(241.09±85.96) ng/L was significantly higherthan that post radio-chemotheary serum level(133.64±67.69)(ng/L (p＜0.01).④The preandpost radio-chemotheary serum level of CD44v6 and VEGF was the highest amag the PD patients(p＜0.01),the CR group was the lowest,the CR and NC group was higher than CR group.⑤The pre radio-chemotheary serum level of VEGF was highly correlated to serum level of CD44v6(r=0.291,p＜0.05)Conclusion:Elevation of serum CD44v6 and VEGF exeisit in patients with NSCLC.The serum level of CD44v6 and VEGF in patients with NSCLC might be helpful to evaluate the biological behavior of lung cancer.Detection of CD44v6 and VEGF expression maybe helpful to predict the prognosis of NSCLC patients.
