Expression Of MCM2 And P16 In Human Brain Gliomas Tissue

object:To explore the expression of MCM2 and P16 in human brain gliomas tissue and to investigate the relationship between the pathological grades and their expression.Methods:Expression of MCM2 and P16 were assessed by immunohistochemistry staining in 37 cases of gliomas.Results:As the pathological grade of gliomas raised,the expression of MCM2 in human brain gliomas tissue increased too,but the expression of P16 in human brain gliomas tissue was decreased.So we can see there was a strong correlation between the pathological grades and the expression of MCM2(r=0.967,P<0.05)andP16(r=-0.696,P<0.05).Compared with glioma tissue at gradeâ… andâ…¡,positive expression of MCM2 was higher(t= 8.973,p<0.05)while that of P16 was lower(t=3.943,p<0.05)in glioma tissue of gradeâ…¢andâ…£.Conclusion:The expression of MCM2 and P16 are related to the glioma differention...
