Objective: Diabetic peripheral Neuropathy is common complication on type 2 diabetics.To investigate the effect of the improved grade 1 diabetes exercise prescription that absorbde chinese traditional medical theory , we put the improved grade 1 diabetes exercise prescription on type 2 diabetics to discuss the curative effect of diabetic peripheral neuropathy by observed VPT and ABI or soMethods:Using self-and group control methods.60 type 2 diabetics were divided into the therapy(n=30) , accepted the grade 1 diabetes quantitative exercise prescription for 30 min per day, and control group(n=30) , maintained the original movement habits . Allowed adjustmen under the guidance from researchers if necessary . Both groups wer accepted the guidance of diabetes diet , and ajusted medicine dosage according the blood glucose levels . The level of random blood sugar (MBS) , Vibration Perception Threshold (VPT), Ankle-Brachial Pressure Index (ABI) were observed before and in the 1 minute of the movement theerapy over . And observed fasting blood glucose(FBG), glycosylated haemoglobin(HbA1c), total cholesterol(TC) ,triglyceride(TG) ,VibrationPerceptionThreshold(VPT) ,Ankle-Brachial Pressure Index(ABI) before and after 2 month movement therapy.Results: (1)There were significant differences on level of ABI and VPT between therapy group and control group in 1 minute when exercise is over (P<0.05); there were no significant difference of the MBS between therapy group and control group when exercise is over.(2)there were no significant differences on the level of FBG, 2hBG, HbA1C, TC, TG, HDL-C,VPT,ABI(P>0.05) in 2 months between therapy group and control group (P>0.05).Conclusion:(1)The grade 1 diabetes quantitative exercise prescription improved ABI ,VPT,improve the microcirculation and neuroinduction。(2)The implementation of the grading exercise prescription for the type 2 diabetes millitus were convenience and safe especially suitable for clinical and dommunity and home.
