Objective:In this study, electromagnetic and fluid-electric shock wave therapy of periarthritis of shoulder,is mainly to explore several questions:①The effectiveness of electromagnetic and fluid-electric shock wave treatment of periarthritis of shoulder②The safety of electromagnetic and fluid-electric shock wave treatment of periarthritis of shoulder③The effectiveness and safety was compared. The objective is to provide a therapy methods that is highly effective, painless, convenient and economical and has a short course of treatment for the periarthritis of shoulder patients. Methods:Selected 83 cases patients of periarthritis of shoulder. Were randomly divided into two groups:experimental group, the control group. Electromagnetic and fluid-electric shock wave were used for treatment, and every treatment have a break of 7 days,a total of 3 times. Both groups were supply with functional exercise. We will have a evaluation and assessment of pain and the range of shoulder and activities of daily living in pre-treatment and after treatment a week. Results:Applying the statistical software—SPSS13.0,the situation of going into the group, pain score, shoulder joint function score,ADL score and the total effective rate of before and after treatment were compared.Results:①pain scores, shoulder joint activity scores and ADL scores of test group and control group in the 7th day,the 14th day and the 21th day after treatment than that before treatment were significantly decreased comparing with pre-treatment and the decrease was statistically significant,P <0.05.But the average scores and decline scores of the test group haven't significant difference and statistical significance compared with control group at any time,P> 0.05.②treat group and control group adverse events and adverse reaction rates, treatment before and after changes in vital signs, laboratory tests and drug use were not combined statistically significant,P> 0.05.Conclusion:Electromagnetic shock wave and fluid-electric shock wave in the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder have fine safety and effectiveness and are equivalent, but the electromagnetic shock wave is more worthy of recommendation.
