Objective:Research on the variation and clinical significance of blood platelet's parameters platelet count (PLT), mean platelet volume (MPV), platelet cubage ratio (PCT) and platelet distributing width(PDW) and coagulactive indexs D-Dimer(D-D), prothrombin time(PT), activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT), fibrinogen(FIB) and thrombin time(TT) and platelet activation markers P-select(P-S) and platelet factor 4(PF4) in patients with preeclampsia.Method:Platelet's parameter were dedected by auto blood cells analysis system produced by SYSMEX corporation. Coagulactive indexs were dedected by auto coagulactive dedection produced by ACLTOP corporation. P-select and PF4 were dedected by ELISA.Results:(1) In severe preeclampsia group, the levels of mean platelet volume (MPV), platelet distributing width (PDW) and platelet cubage ratio (PCT) were significantly higher than that of health gravida group (P<0.01). There was no significant differences in platelet count (PLT) between severe preeclampsia group and health gravida group (P>0. (2) 05).(2) In severe preeclampsia group, the levels of D-Dimer(D-D) and activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT) were significantly higher than that of health gravida group(P<0.05), while the levels of prothrombin time (PT) were significantly lower than that of health gravida group(P<0.05). There were no significant differences in thrombin time (TT) and fibrinogen(FIB) between severe preeclampsia group and health gravida group(P>0.05). (3) In severe preeclampsia group, the levels of P-select(P-S) and platelet factor 4(PF4) were significantly higher than that of mild preeclampsia group(P<0.05). In mild preeclampsia group, the levels of P-select(P-S) was significantly higher than that of health gravida group(P<0.05), while the levels of platelet factor 4(PF4) was no significant differences to that of health gravida group(P>0.05).Conclusion:(1) The levels of mean platelet volume (MPV), platelet distributing width(PDW) and platelet cubage ratio (PCT) were significantly higher, which indecated that the platelets in periphery blood were destroied accelerative in patients with severe preeclampsia.(2) The levels of prothrombin time(PT) were significantly lower, which indecated that the coagulactive function was accentuation in patients with severe preeclampsia. The levels of D-Dimer(D-D) were significantly higher, which indecated that the activity of fibrolysis were decrease in patients with severe preeclampsia.(3) The levels of P-select(P-S) and platelet factor 4(PF4) were significantly higher, which indecated that the activity of platelet were increase and positive correlation to the disease in patients with preeclampsia.
