The Correlation Study Of Platelets And Coagulation In Preeclampsia

Objective:To analyze the characteristics of normal pregnancy、mild preeclampsia and severe preeclampsia involving Platelet parameters and Blood coagulation indexes,which provides effective evidences of constitution for more clinical therapy projects.Methods: Using stratified random sampling method,the third terminal pregnancy was divided into normal pregnancy、mild preeclampsia、severe preeclampsia. According to the NCSS-PASS2011software,the minium sample size in each group was35cases.40patients who was randomed selected in each group from December2012to November2013were be analyzed in platelets and coagulation function.Result:There was no statisitical difference between the mild preeclampsia and normal pregnancy.Levels of PLT expressed in the serve preeclampsia was decresed in three groups.2.Levels of MPV and PDW expressed in the preeclampsia increased more than the normal pregnancy. Levels of MPV and PDW expressed in the sever preeclampsia were higher than the mild preeclampsia. All of this differences was statistically significant(P<0.05)3.MPV was no statistically significant in three groups (P>0.05).4.the Severe preeclampsia’s PT was the lowest in three groups,the mild preeclampsia’s PT was lower than the normal pregnancy (P<0.05).5.The levels of FIB、TT and D-D were no statistically significant between severe preeclampsia and mild preeclampsia (P>0.05).The levels of FIB、TT、D-D expressed in the preeclampsia increased more than normal pregnancy.6.There was no statistically significant in APTT among three groups (P>0.05).Conclusion:Mid preeclampsia did not cause significant change in PLT,the number of naive PLT had increased.2.The number of MPV and PCT could judge the the peripheral blood platelet destruction.3.Preeclampsia had hyperviscosity syndrome.4. Preeclampsia take the exogenous coagulation as the principal thing.5.In preeclampsia,there was no significant changes in PCT and APTT. These research need to be further discussed.6.Examing the platelet parameters and the blood coagulation,providing evidence for the development of preeeclampsia and the further treatments.
