Objective: To use the protein spectrum technology, the adoption of heart transplantation in rats after acute rejection and transplantation proteomics study comparing serum proteomics research, to look for differences in protein.Methods: casing technology set up xenogeneic rat cervical heterotopic heart transplantation model. Acute rejection in groupâ… for receptor do not pre-processing, model set up five days after taking blood samples and the graft (donor heart) specimens; acute rejection groupâ…¡for receptor do not pre-processing, model building after 7 days take blood samples and the graft (donor heart) specimens; treatment group I, receptor 1 days preoperative intraperitoneal injection of cyclosporine A (CsA) 20mg/kg, every day after 10mg/kg, after five days of blood samples taken and the graft (donor heart) specimens; treatment group II, receptor 1 days preoperative intraperitoneal injection CsA20mg/kg, every day after 10mg/kg, after seven days from blood samples and graft (donor heart) specimens; blank group, check the health of Wistar rats before transplantation for blood and myocardial tissue specimens. Heart transplantation in myocardial tissue of the differences in protein expression profile analysis, the M/Z were 4787Da, 5176Da, 7610Da, 8134 Da, 10821Da possible changes in the protein peak can be predicted the occurrence of acute rejection and development. the M/Z was 12364Da protein may be associated with the early stages of acute rejection, the M/Z were 3499Da, 4209Da, 7033Da, 8976 Da, 9652 Da, 13067 Da, 15213 Da protein may predict acute rejection has entered the peak period . Proteomics technology in the prediction of acute heart transplant rejection may be an extensive clinical application.
