Objective:By analysing the laboratory of Henoch-Schonlein purpura early detective and diagnose the disease, and give preventive treatments and prognosis.Methods:Fifty-three patients with Henoch-Schonlein purpura of Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital Dermatology were Collected(from January 2005 to February 2009).Fifty-three patients with Henoch-Schonlein purpura were groupⅠ.Thirty-one patients with Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis(HSPN) were groupⅡ.By selecting laboratories such as blood,Lymphocyte subsets, cholesterol, calciumion concentration, serum creatinine(Cr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),complement C3,Immunoglobulin IgE,IgA, IgG,Anti-streptolysin"O"(ASO) and the source of allergic, while 30 cases for normal contral, compare significant differences. Results:The percentage of CD4 cells and CD4/CD8 ratio are low in the groupⅠ.The incidence of hypocalcemia and hyperlipidemia occurred in the groupⅠsignificantly more than that in the normal control(p<0.05).The serection of IgA and IgM have significant differences with normal control group(p<0.05).HSP indicating infection with streptococcus;comparing the patients with ASO positive with ASO negative's patients have a significant difference in IgG and C3 appear abnormal,in the groupⅡ.Conclusion:The patients with HSP have the imbalance of T-lymphocyte subsets and increased secretion of IgA,IgM.The existence of blood lipid and calcium metabolism abnormalities,The patients with HSP have a high incidence of streptococcal infection.
