Objective:To investigate the influence factors of anemia in diabetic patients and recognize that anemia in the progression of diabetes and its complications played an important role.To provide mentality for the clinical prevention and treatment early and improve quality of life in patients. Methods:A total of 341 patients(198 men and 143 women) with diabetes were divided into without anemia group and anemia group, the anemia group was divided mild anemia group and moderate anemia group, then compared the sex, age, nature course, blood pressure, hemoglobin, blood glucose, blood lipid, kidney function, and so on separately. Then the independent dangerous factors of anemia was studied with the Logistic regression analysis. Results:The higher of Scr and BUN and the lower of Alb were independent predictors of diabetes with anemia patients. In the group with moderate anemia, the Scr,BUN,UA, FINS,24hUpro,24hUma,β2mG,RBP were higher compared to mild anemia group, the Alb was lower than that one(P<0.01).In the normal serum creatinine group,24hUma,β2mG,RBP of anemia group were higher compared to the without anemia one(P<0.01).Conclusion:Diabetic nephropathy was the most common reason of diabetic patients with anemia.Serum creatinine was an important indicator of clinical observation in diabetic patients with anemia,24hUma,β2mG,RBP were more sensitive indicators in early diabetic nephropathy.Nutritional status and metabolism of glycolipids were closely related to the development of diabetes patient with anemia. We should give patients comprehensive monitoring and aggressive treatment.
