The Clinical Research Of Sanqi Injection In Treatment Of Ganhuoshangrao In Cerebral Hemorrhage

ObjectiveTo observe the curative effective and the badness and the side-effective of Injection to the acutement of hemorrhagic stroke,and compare with Xingnaojing Injection.Methods1 Clinical data:All the patients come from Hubei Hospital of TCM,from October,2006 to February,2008,to averagely randomize 32 patients to treatment group and comparison group,16 patients in each group.There all accord with diagnose criteria of cerebral hemorrhage on the diagnostic critera of hemorrhagic stroke,and zelevant standard of apoplexy.The test showed no significant difference(p＞0.05)There have companbility.2 The medical usage:The patients in treatment group is treated with Sanqi recipe Injectin which is used 100ml once a day,14 days as a therapeutic coures:The control group is treated with Xingnaojing Injecti。n which is used 20ml once a day iv drop with 5%GS or 0.9%Nacl 250ml.In the period,others that will have an effect on the result are forbidden.3 The curative effective and the badness and the side-effect: For all the patients clinical symptoms are observed before taking medicine,the 14^thday,and we take scores on nervous function and clinical symptoms and physical sign,blood route,urine route, stool route,liver kidney function,electrocardiongram.4 The Stat.method:After fourteen days,we analyze the data, the count materials are examined with X²,the measuring materials are examined with t-test and the grade materials with Ridit. Result1 The clinical curative effective:The treated group's total effective rate is 68.8%,the contrast group is 62.5%.There is no significant difference between the two group With stat.analysis.The results shows Jingtianning Injection and Xingnaojing Injection both obviously improve the recovery of patients.2 The therapeutic efficiency of clinical symptoms and physical sign:The treated group,tolal effective rate,68.8%, and the contrast group,total effective rate,75%.There is no significant difference between the tow group with stat.analysis,the results showes Sanqi vrecipe Injection and Xingnaojing Injection both obviously improve the recovery of patients.3 The rates of the levels of the wane of the nerves function are 87.5%and 81.3%in treatment group and control group respectively.There is no significant difference between the two group with stat.analysis.The results shows Sanqi recipe Injection and Xingnaojing Injection both obviously improve the recovery of patients.4 The badness and side-effect:There are no side-effects in both groups.ConclusionThe total effective rates of the acute cerebral hemorrhage and TCM symptoms,the leveres of the wane of the nerves function and the state of exsistence abilities of the two groups before and after the treatment is no significant difference.And also shows us that the two injections are not poisonous to the dody.In a conclusion, Sanqi recipe has a good foreground for clinic.
