| Purpose: Contrast observe the effects between the auricular point TF2 and the group of relative auricular points using auricular points pressing on primary dysmenorrhea patients who are at the stage of attack and ahead of schedule therapy. Explore evidence for therapeutic prescription . Method: VAS, Dysmenorrhea Degree Measuring Scale and TCM Symptom Scale served as the objective index. 62 patients are involved in the trial who are arranged into 2 randomized groups. One group receive the single auricular point TF2 with pressing, another group of patients receive the group of relative auricular points with pressing . Scores VAS before and 10 minutes,20minutes,30minutes and 1hour after the treatments are recorded and processed; And next month with ahead of schedule therapy scores VAS, Dysmenorrhea Degree Measuring Scale and TCM Symptom Scale before and after the treatment. Result: First, pre-after VAS comparison shows no significant difference between two groups(P > 0.05). Second, pre-after Dysmenorrhea Degree Measuring Scale comparison shows no significant difference between two groups (P>0.05). Third, pre-after TCM Symptom Scale shows significant difference between two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion: First, the two therapies have excellent instant analgesic effects, there is no significant difference between the two therapies. Second, the two therapies have excellent ahead of schedule therapy, but the group of relative auricular points do better than the auricular point TF2 with TCM Symptom Scale . |
