Objective:To explore the theoretical basis on the pathogeny and pathogenesisand treatment based on categorical identification of Hepatocellular jaundice; combined with epidemiological investigation, this thesis anslyze the Syndrome discipline of Chinese medicine and analysis of relevant factor from the regularity study of Hepatocellular jaundice. Methods:Through the sum-up of the literature concerning the jaundice,and combined with modern medical research, this thesis states the conception, pathogeny and pathogenesis, treatment of the theoretical basis and research; To analysis the relevant factor on the incidence and development of Hepatocellular jaundice, and to discuss its Syndrome discipline of Chinese medicine initially through clinical epidemiological investigation,and provides benefits for treatment according to syndrome differentiation. Results:According to the analysis of statistics, the results verify that there are sexual,age, professional,seasonal characteristics on the occurrence and development of Hepatocellular jaundice; the food habits, emotion, work and leisure are important parts in the incidence and development of Hepatocellular jaundice. The research concentrates on summarizing syndrome discipline and evolutional discipline of Hepatocellular jaundice. Conclusions:The liver and spleen disorders, resulting from unreasonable living, food habits and therapeusis, is an imporant factor for the incidence, development and vesting of Hepatocellular jaundice. The conclusion and analysis of syndrome discipline are significant for the prevention and cure of Hepatocellular jaundice.
