Current Situation Analysis And Countermeasure Research Of Chinese Medicine Discipline Construction In Public Undergraduate Universities Of Chinese Medicine

ObjectiveThis study intends to conduct a survey of 23 public undergraduate universities and colleges in China to analyze the status quo,including seven aspects: professional scale,key discipline construction,faculty and resources,education and teaching,personnel training,support platforms,and scientific research.Comprehensively analyzes and summarizes the achievements and problems of TCM discipline construction in China.Based on this,we combine TCM disciplines with modern technologies to provide feasible suggestions for the construction of TCM disciplines in China so as to raise the level of TCM discipline construction and promote TCM industry.To improve the efficiency of TCM social services.Methods1.Literature analysis method: Understand the status quo of Chinese medicine academic frontiers and current research status of traditional Chinese medicine disciplines,to determine the main direction of the study,and lay the theoretical foundation for the development of the research;2.Data collection method: analysis of the current stage in China Achievements and problems in the construction of medical disciplines;3.Statistical analysis: Analysis of Current Status of TCM Discipline Construction in Public Undergraduate TCM Institutions by Statistical Description;4.Expert interview: verification of the scientific nature and feasibility of the research content,and supplements the problems and suggestions found in the research.ResultsThe effectiveness of TCM discipline construction in China mainly includes the following aspects: schools in various Chinese medicine and academies have begun to take shape;key disciplines cover a wide range of types and scopes;teacher echelons have been formed;education and teaching have been effective;the scale of personnel training has gradually increased;The construction of supporting platforms for strong colleges and universities has been more vigorous;scientific research has developed rapidly.The existing problems in the construction of Chinese traditional Chinese medicine colleges and universities mainly include: the development gap between the eastern and western regions and the traditional Chinese medicine department is too large;the professional scale and development are not matched;the development and development of the key disciplines are lagging;the teachers' structure is not reasonable;the education and teaching lack construction strength;the problem of talent training is outstanding.The supporting platform is relatively scarce;the research lacks breadth and depth;there is no corresponding system approach and positioning and judging mechanism.ConclusionIn this study,the achievements and existing problems in the construction of Chinese traditional Chinese medicine colleges and universities were analyzed and feasible suggestions were put forward to provide reference for the related colleges and universities to carry out the construction of traditional Chinese medicine.Recommendations are as follows: to increase efforts to support the Midwest,narrowing the gap between East and West;do a good job in the construction of Chinese medicine system;establish and perfect the mechanism of introducing talents;optimizing the training mode of innovative talents;optimizing the training mode of innovative talents;contact "Internet plus",explore the new development path.
