A Analysis On The Distributive Regulation Of TCM Syndrome Type And Etiology Of 1186 Female Infertility

Objective: To investigate the TCM syndrome type and etiology among female infertility, and give a scientific basis to reduce the incidence of infertility and improve the clinical management Methods: Take a retrospective sample survey to collect a list of cases of female infertility clinical data and then statistical analysis. Result: 1,In clinical sterility patients give the priority to compound pattern which accounted for 79.3%. Kidney deficiency and blood stasis, stagnation of liver and blood stasis, stagnation of liver-type kidney deficiency, kidney deficiency and kidney deficiency type dampness for infertility are common pattern. Kidney deficiency and blood stasis is the most syndrome pattern Each complex pattern will be bring into the different single pattern of the corresponding 1iterature research at the same time .So Kidney deficiency pattern is 750 cases (62.2%)in the first. Followed by blood stasis pattern is 591 cases(49.8%),stagnation of liver pattern is 498 cases(42%) 2,Multi-factors accounted for 48.6%.The three leading causes of female infertility are ovulatory dysfunction,tubal factor and uterine factor,which accounts for 85.5% total. Uterine factor infertility has increased the proportion 3,Uterine factors on TCM syndrome distribution results showed that kidney deficiency type, and blood stasis, stagnation of liver-type accounts for the vast majority, kidney deficiency type accounted for 63.3%.Conclusion:1.In clinical composite pattern of sterility is particularly prevalent. Kidney deficiency pattern is the largest percentage. The distribution pattern reflects the fundamental pathogenesis of sterility.2,Trend of etiological factors with female infertility towards multi-factors obviously, Abnormal ovulation, tubal factor and uterine factor are major causes of infertility ,uterine factors should be emphasized.3,Kidney deficiency pattern is the most important pathogenesis which causes uterine factor.4,The "cause of female infertility screening clinical path",to standardize the diagnosis of infertility programs provide a reference.
