Abstract/Summary:
Objective:By detecting the infertility group and the control group of thyroid hormone level and sex hormone levels,to investigate the relationship between the hypothyroidism and female infertility and its clinical significance. Female infertility has a rising trend. And hypothyroidism causes of infertility is widely attention. Hypothyroidism as one of the most common autoimmune disease, see more at female sexual maturity, female patients often accompanied by menstrual disorders, amenorrhea, milk, and even cause infertility. Thyroid dysfunction, on the other hand, will affect the level of sex hormone secretion and gonad function, causing the women appear menstrual disorders in patients with ovarian function decline, ovulation infertility. Discuss the influences of hypothyroidism in infertility, and further observe the change of sex hormone levels in patients with hypothyroidism, study the change law of the hypothalamus-pituitary gonadal axis, prevention and treatment of female infertility has important clinical significance. Methods:Study subjects to choose from October 2012 to October 2012 in our hospital during the period of women of infertility check (not a tubal factors and male factors) of 506 cases aged 21~40 years old. Inclusion criteria:live together more than 1 year after marriage, not using contraception and not pregnant, or have been pregnant and then more than one year to pregnant women, and exclusion of tubal infertility and southern factors result in infertility patients. Normal control group to choose from outpatient health physical examination,100 cases of women aged 22~40 years old. Inclusion criteria:a. eliminate TPOAb, thyroglobulin antibody (TgAb) positive; B. out of personal history, family history of thyroid disease or other autoimmune diseases history; C. remove visible or goiter can be touched; D. to exclude people who take medication (except estrogens). Using solid-phase chemiluminescence enzyme immunoassay, hollow by screening serum free three iodine a gland in the original glycine (FT3) and free thyroxine (FT4), thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH), and sex hormone six:mature follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH), prolactin (PRL), estradiol (E2), testosterone (T) and progesterone (P). Data after respectively comparing the control and infertility group of FT3, FT4, TSH and six sex hormones, thyroid hormone changes in TSH infertility group model, the proportion of TSH beyond infertility and sterility controls sex hormone six. Test data to x+s said, using SPSS 13.0 software for processing, analysis and comparison between group t test was used to P< 0.05 for the difference is statistically significant. Results:The level of TSH had significant difference between infertility group and control group (P< 0.01), but, as to FT3, FT4, there was no significant difference (P> 0.05); Infertility group, higher TSH with no obvious hypothyroidism abnormal menstrual symptoms proportion is very high; E2 level in infertility group was significantly lower than that in control group (P< 0.05); Levels of LH, FSH, PRL of infertility group was significantly higher than that of normal control group (P< 0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in T and P, compared infertility group with the control group (P> 0.05). TSH in infertility group is beyond the normal range,92 cases of patients with LH, FSH, PRL significantly higher than that of other patients in the infertility group, the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05).Conclusions:there may be a relationship between hypothyroidism and sterility, which could lead to the female sex hormone level disorder, suggesting it maybe one of important causes of female infertility. The early diagnosis of hypothyroidism has important clinical significances in patients with infertility.
