| Objective: This study is clinical observation of the effect of acupuncturing the"lingtai","shendao","neiguan"and"baihui"points on premature beat of the heart, compared with acupuncturing only"neiguan"point, to find which therapeutic action is better by acupuncture. Method: We treated 53 cases suffering from premature beat of the heart, and used control method to observe the 24-hour changes of dynamic electrocardiogram. Results: The results show that both of the two groups can be curable to premature beat of the heart, and the four-point group is obviously better than"neiguan"group. The results offer an objective reference for choosing points in clinic on further study of the premature beat of the heart, and have a high value on both society and economy.
