Clinical Study Of The Effect Of Acupuncturing "Neiguan" Point And "Jueyinshu" Point On Dynamic Electrocardiogram Of Coronary Heart Disease With Angina Pectoris

Objective: This study is clinical observation and research of the effect of the "neiguan" point and the "jueyinshu" point on the coronary heart disease with anginapectoris. To observe which therapeutic action is better by acupuncture. Method: We treated 51 cases suffering from coronary heart disease with anginapectoris and used control method to observe the 24 hours changes of dynamic electrocardiogram. Results: The results show that both of the two points can improve the ischemia of cardiac muscle,and there is no obvious difference on therapeutic action . But on the degree of improving the ischemia of lateral wall of left veutricle, "neiguan" point is markedly better than the "jueyinshu" point. The results offer an objective reference for choosing points in clinic and enriches the contents of "the correlation of acupoints and viscera" in modern study of the essential of meridian.
