Objective:1.Explore the combination of low-frequency electric biofeedback therapy on cerebral infarction after treatment of foot drop.2.Max value of the application of surface electromyography and H-wave and M-wave ratio of Max value of an objective assessment of cerebral infarction after the recovery of foot drop.3.analysis process in the treatment of various factors on the impact of the treatment of foot drop and the treatment methods discussed. Methods:Selection criteria in line with the selected 40 cases of cerebral infarction patients, patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,20 cases in each group.Control group given conventional treatment and rehabilitation of drug treatment, the treatment group in the control group based on the combined use of low-frequency electrical biofeedback therapy.,Before treatment,4 weeks after treatment collection anterior tibial muscle, calf muscle 3 ROM,MMT,CSS evaluation value and the anterior tibial muscle sEMGMax values, the calf muscles 3 H wave Max/ M wave Max value for evaluating the indicators. The use of two-level two-factor repeated measures analysis of variance, ducan comparative law method,as well as multiple two-sample t-test comparison method to study low-frequency electric therapy combined with biofeedback foot drop after cerebral infarction the role of mechanisms and clinical efficacy, and combination of low-frequency electrical biofeedback treatment of foot drop to conduct a preliminary study the method of operation for the cerebral infarction after the evaluation and treatment of prolapse to provide a scientific basis for the theory and practice.Results:1.Two groups of patients with cerebral foot drop significantly improved symptoms, treatment and control groups than the effect the difference was significant(P<0.05),with statistical significance;2.In the treatment of patients with the treatment group before the first 4 weeks after treatment of the ROM,MMT,CSS,as well as the assessment of the value of the anterior tibial muscle surface electromyography Max value of the calf muscles 3 H wave Max / M wave Max There were significant differences(P <0.05);3.There are two groups of active ankle dorsiflexion movements of patients with active ankle dorsiflexion movements in the treatment of patients with foot drop symptoms after four weeks to improve the situation significantly different.Conclusions:1.biofeedback combined with low-frequency electric therapy on the cerebral effects of foot drop after the affirmative, the therapy can accelerate the movement to break the common pattern to the emergence of the separatist movement and to strengthen the separatist movement,so that stroke patients with foot drop ROM,MMT,CSS's assessed values have shown improvement in patients with greatly enhanced ability to walk;2. ipsilateral cerebral infarction of the anterior tibial muscle surface electromyography Max value of the calf muscles 3 H wave Max/M-wave between Max value of the subjective assessment form to better reflect the objective of lower limb motor function in patients with level;3.correct, stable, effective way to start the campaign and the campaign mode:(1)ankle without the use of active exercise in supine position(slight knee flexion),a pole piece under the anterior tibial muscle belly beginning and ending point, the volume of low-frequency electrical stimulation strong;(2)ankle movement to initiate the use of supine position(knee straight),a pole piece placed in the middle of the abdominal muscles, stimulate the volume of low-frequency low-power,bio-feedback throughout the whole treatment, can greatly increase the evaluation index, the level of the promotion of reflection improvement;4.Combination of low-frequency electricbiofeedback therapy better suited to have a pre-treatment of ankle joint movement in patients with active dorsiflexion.
