Observing The Efficacy Of The Combination Of Acupuncture And Duxil In Treating Mild Cognitive Impairment

Objective:To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of a combination of acupuncture and medicine on asthenia of the spleen and kindney,a type of mild cognitive impairment.Method:A study group of 30 people were treated with Duxil and acupunctured on Baihui,Shenting,Touwei_{dual sides},Neiguan,Sanyinjiao, Zusanli,and Zhaohai.Another 30 people made up a control group treated only with the Duxil.Let every patient do the MMSE and MoCA test before and after treatment.Result:Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the integrals of MMSE and MoCA between the two groups(P＞0.05).After treatment,there were significant differences in the integrals of MMSE and MoCA between the two groups(P＜0.05)Conclusion:①Combination of acupuncture and medicine have good efficiency on mild cognitive impairment.②The therapeutic effect of the combination of acupuncture and medicine is better than that of using western medicine alone.
