Clinical Observation On Acupuncture Combined With Naodesheng In The Treatment Of Vascular Dementia

Objective: In the article,we observe the effect of Acupuncture combined with naodesheng in the treatment of vascular dementia.Method:1,75 patients were involved in this trial ,and divided into 3 groups, each group has 25 patients.2,Acupuncture group use Baihui shenting benshen,geshu are selected as the main points. The group of Acupuncture combined with naodesheng use naodesheng basis in the Acupuncture group. Medicine group adapt Duxil. Each group need 30 days for treating.3,Each group measured MMSE measuring scale,HDS measuring scale and ADL before treatment ,and then rechecked 30 days later when treatment course were completed.4,All the date are processed by SPSS17.0 statistical software on the computer.Result:The efficacy of the Acupuncture group was 60%, the efficacy of the group of Acupuncture combined with naodesheng was 92% and that of the control group was 76%. The MMSE scores,HDS scores and ADL scores of the patients of the three groups changed significantly (P<0.05) after the three kind of treatment. The scores of the three measuring scales between the groups of Acupuncture combined with naodesheng and the Acupuncture was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:1,The treatment of VD have many advantanges, can improve the intellectual and ADL level of VD patients, resume the activity of daily living. Compared with the medicine Duxil,they have no significant differences.2,The treatment of VD have many advantanges, can improve the intellectual of VD patient.3,The treatment of VD can resume the activity of daily living of VD patient.
