| Acne vulgris is a dermatosis marked by chronic inflammation of the hair follicle and sebaceous glands.People,who are in adolescence,have this disease frequently.It occurs frequently and repeatedly.Sometimes it can spoil patient's face by leaving speckles and scars.And this occurrence can disturb the balance of patient's body and mind.It is reported by modern medicine that acne vulgris is caused by many factors.We do not know the exact progress of acne's occurrence.It is related with the unbalance of endocrine(especially the excess of androgen),they perkeratosis of follicular orifice,the infection of bacterium and so on.Now dermatologists mainly use medicament of anti-androgen,antibiotics,Vitamin A acid to cure acne vulgris.These medicine have somecurative effects.But they can also lead to terrible side effect,such as damage of liver,monstrosity,slowness of bone-making,dysfunction of endocrine,bad efforts tosex-activity.The Chinese herb has the advantages in the treatment of the ache.So,it is the focus fordermatologists'study to find out Chinese traditional medicine which is safe and effective to treatment acne.Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Ping Cuo fang in the treatment on acne vulgaris(the type of FeiJing FengRe).Metheods:76 acne vulgaris(the type of Fei Wei Re Sheng) patients were divided into groups at random,treating group(44 cases) and control group(32 cases).The two groups were given Ping Cuo Fang and TSN Capsule respectively.Observe the synthetical clinical effect before and after treatment in treating and control groups.Results:The total effective ratio respectively was 95.45%,78.13%in two groups in integrated efficacy.There was significant difference shown between the treatment group and the control group.Conclusion:Ping Cuo fang could significantly eliminate the symptoms of acne,and the curative effect was superior to TSN capsule,also there were not any obvious side effects.It improved that PingCuofang is an effective medicine treating acne vulgaris. |
